Got into Dream school with Harold's help

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Taking standardized test took me longer time than expected. When I started working on the essay I was running a little bit behind in the ideal application timing, then I decided to work with Harrods with the full package.

When we started Harold help me to identify a compelling career path story. She was able to brainstorm with me on a few different options. With his encouragement I was able to do more research on different industries and eventually identify one that fits my background well.

Once I identified my career path interested the initial essay Harold was extremely good when it comes to ping-pong ring different versions of essay to polish it up. The first three versions always took the longest effort. There were times where I feel lost and frustrated. I kept trying and kept writing and was eventually able to create something that meets both of our expectations.

After PSE submission there can’t interviews hero helpful especially when it comes to behavioral interview questions. I could not imagine to get into my dream school without the guidance!

Accepted to Top 2 Choices - Thank You Kate!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Kate was absolutely essential throughout my MBA application process, and I ended up getting accepted to my top 2 choices - Wharton and Kellogg! I also received an interview invite to 5/5 schools I applied to (2 additional M7s + Tuck).

I was very nervous going into the process given that I come from a highly saturated consulting background/demographic with average stats. Kate was immediately able to assess my profile and help me shape my application to truly stand out. She was very prompt to respond and provided in-depth feedback and guidance, making me feel like I was her only client at times.

I primarily used the hourly services for offline essay reviews and did one mock interview with Kate. The mock interview that Kate conducted was identical to all 5 interviews I had and I would highly recommend doing at least one with her.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the MBA application process and knows exactly what the top schools are looking for. Thanks again Kate for all of your help!

I trust Katy blindly

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Working with Katy, it quickly became obvious why she is consistently ranked as one of the best MBA admissions consultants out there. As a typical banking/private equity applicant, one of my main concerns was figuring out what makes my path unique. After just a few hours of chatting, Katy was able to identify the key messages from my story that made it stand it and skillfully tied it up in a bow with a powerful theme that resonated with me – It’s like she knew me better than I knew myself. Working with someone that takes the time to get to know you beyond the resume is critical. Katy is that person.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. I applied to Harvard , Stanford, and Wharton, and got into my top two choices, Harvard and Wharton.

If you have the chance to work with Katy, don’t second guess it.

TLDR; Melissa genuinely cares about you, is relentlessly supportive, and is highly dependable - but most importantly she isn't afraid to give the critical feedback you need to hear.

After interviewing a few MBA consultancies, it was clear mbaMission was unmatched in its quality of consultants, abundance of application resources, and overall commitment to genuinely caring about applicants.

I could not have asked for a better consultant to work with than Melissa Blakeslee. Melissa was a true partner to me. She consistently provided thoughtful, critical feedback that really pushed me to become a stronger writer. She very much cares about making sure essays feel authentic to you and your experiences, putting special emphasis on the pre-writing brainstorming process. It makes a HUGE difference. She will work on as many iterations of an essay as you want, so that by the end you are 100% confident in each piece. I really appreciated how willing she was to spend so much time on an essay, never rushing the process (but always keeping an eye on timelines of course!)

Melissa's dependability and quality of work also never failed to exceed my expectations. She works unbelievably quickly - more often than not, she sent edits back far faster than the contractual 48-hour turnaround time.

Melissa is also super helpful in interview preparation - in actual interviews, I didn't receive a single question that she and I hadn't prepped. Insanely helpful and impressive.

Most importantly, at the end of the day Melissa made me feel motivated, confident, and prepared, even at times when I doubted myself. She got me into my top choice school, which I thought was impossible!!

If you want a true thought partner who genuinely cares about you, but isn't afraid to give you the critical feedback you need, you will not be disappointed if you hire Melissa.

I absolutely loved working with Nisha for my MBA applications! She is excellent at listening to your story and being able to drive out the important facts that need to be highlighted in an essay or during an interview. I was especially impressed by the speed at which she got back to me with any edits/reviews, sometimes within that same day! Nisha took extra steps in order to help me along my application journey. I would highly recommend her to any future applicants!! She played a huge role in my success in getting into both of my top choices!

Admitted to Wharton - Lauder

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I was an international applicant coming from boutique institutions and a public Ivy. I applied to 4 schools with Katharine and she helped me craft really impactful essays and stories for my applications that helped amplify the impact I drove at those lesser-known institutions. Her knowledge of the different interview nuances and the points to highlight for each of the different essays drastically reduced the amount of guessing I had to do and made the process less stressful and much faster. I ended up being admitted to 2 top 5 b-schools in Booth and Wharton with some scholarship money. I attribute that in large part to the help I got from Katy! I couldn't recommend her more.

Love my experience with Gavriella!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I first applied to B-schools back in 2020 to enroll in Fall 2021. However, my biggest mistake was focusing too much on perfecting my GMAT scores that I didn't put as much of an effort into my narrative. As I didn't get into my target school, I decided to reapply again for Fall 2022, while reassessing the strengths of each school.

As I was already familiar with the application process, I chose the hourly services with Gavriella from MBAMission. She was incredibly helpful in sharpening my narrative and ensuring that I get my point across. She is always open to answering my questions about the schools and her experience with her other clients. Overall, my MBA application process is less daunting - would definitely recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I came into the whole MBA application process a little lost. Not sure how I stacked up or where I would fit in. There were some holes in my application, but Gavriella was amazing in helping show how they were as damaging as I thought and made sure I highlighted my strong points throughout my application. She helped me throughout the entire process, from school selection all the way to interview prep. And now looking back I cant imagine the applications would have gone without her. She was a wonderful person to have worked with during this stressful time. And if anyone is in need of help I cant recommend Gavriella more highly!

Gavriella is THE BEST

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

The service and support that Gavriella provided was more than I could’ve ever expected. From our first brainstorming session all the way to interview prep, she was incredibly involved, supportive, thorough, and helpful. Gavi helped me take all elements of my background and mold them into a cohesive and compelling story, which left me confident moving forward with all parts of the admissions process. Especially coming from a non-traditional undergraduate education as well as work experience, it was essential that my story made sense, and Gavriella helped me get there.

Gavriella was very responsive and always willing to hop on a call to talk through things as needed. I truly felt like she had my back and pushed me to put the work in so that I would have the best possible outcome. She is an amazing writer and storyteller and had immense knowledge on what goes into a successful application.

My favorite part about working with Gavriella was her optimism. There were times when I doubted my likelihood of admission due to certain weaknesses in my application and she always kept me moving forward and focusing on everything positive that I have to offer. The admissions process can be long, daunting, and discouraging – but working with Gavi kept me excited and confident about my prospects.

I feel truly thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Gavriella. I was admitted to three schools, all with large scholarships, and am so excited for my future!

You must work with Katy!!!!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I worked with Katy Lewis for my MBA applications, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. I met with many different consultants during my selection process. I decided to work with Katy for her expertise in some of the top schools I was interested in (Harvard and Stanford) and her direct/open communication style, which worked well with me.

I am from the Middle East, and my work history has been a little less traditional than consulting/banking/PE. However, I felt like Katy really understood my background and various nuances in my experiences and helped me better articulate my strengths, accomplishments, and goals without impacting my authenticity and voice.

On the process side, Katy is on top of her stuff. Expectations and ways of working are established early on. Expect to be very busy from April to September if you are going for round 1. My favorite part of working with Katy was her accessibility. Whenever I wanted to jump on a call, she was always available within 24 hours. Having her caring support and expertise on my side throughout this long and challenging process gave me a piece of mind.

Katy and I decided to work on three schools together (Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton); however, she voluntarily shared her wisdom and support for the other two schools I applied to (Booth and Sloan). With Katy’s help, I received interview invitations from all five schools and got into Harvard (my top choice), Sloan (with $$), and Booth, and I am waitlisted at Stanford.
