By the time I met with Harshad, I had applied to 4 different schools, with fairly dismal results (3 rejections, 1 waitlist). While I thought I had a fairly good story, Harshad clearly spotted areas that could have been perceived as "weak" on my application and other areas that needed to be either fleshed out more or highlighted. I came from financial services and decided I was ready to transition into consulting (with only ~4-5 months to prepare for the GMATs, application process, etc). Given my tight timeline, Julie was extremely helpful in refining my overall pitch/story and application essays (from initial brainstorming sessions to constructive written feedback to cutting down content to fit the final word limits).
