From the perspective of a graduating college student from an African university encountering deferred MBAs for the first time, the MBA application process immediately struck me as a daunting, overwhelming, and expensive experience. - She advised me on how to better framing each bullet point on my resume, using an "accomplishments not responsibilities" framework.
