Strengths:
- Personalized study plan tailored to your personal needs, time availability, and goals
- Content is extremely extensive and comprehensive
- Explanations are offered in writting - many are also offered in video format
- Thousands of practice questions for Quant section
- Verbal section is very clear and detailed
Would make the product better:
- Would include video explanations in the theory sections of the study plan for both Quant and Verbal
- Would include more practice questions to the Verbal section
TTP is a wonderful product that helped me achieve a 700+ score over the course of 3 months. The study plan offered by TTP is extremely comprehensive and covers all the contents with great detail - both Quant and Verbal. It really helped me acquire the core skills that are required to succeed in the GMAT. Overall, it was incredibly useful to get a profound understanding of all the different topics tested in the GMAT prior to practicing with Official GMAT exams. TTP allows you to select the type of study plan that best suits your needs and, if you are willing to put in the time and hard work, I can guarantee you will achieve your target score.
TTP offers the most comprehensive GMAT Study Prep material. I also bought E-Gmat course but TTP Verbal course was much better and helped me understand many concepts in depth and it provides advanced and basic questions for each topic in the verbal section. Also Marty is a great tutor for the verbal section whose tutoring videos are available on youtube. TTP simplifies advanced concepts and helps you improve speed, accuracy and provides simple and efficient strategies for the verbal section. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to improve their verbal score to choose target test prep. Although I scored a V32 , I would have scored better if I had more time with TTP material but I was satisfied with my overall score due to Q50 which helped me get into MS CS.
Strengths:
Truly exhaustive, includes all the information and solidifies it along the way
Would make the product better:
Include mission tests with verbal lessons as well
I took the GMAT raw thinking I could beat the test and was severely mistaken. I knew a 640 wouldn't get me to where I wanted to go, so I did some research and purchased one of target test prep's packages. After studying for 4 months to complete the course, I took the GMAT again and scored a 750. A 110 point jump. Couldn't have done it on my own. They truly check every box to make sure you know the information and how to apply it. They made it almost impossible for the test to trick me come test day. If you're serious about getting the score you want, I would recommend target test prep.
I really enjoyed studying for GMAT with Target Test Prep. The wide range of questions for various difficulty settings helped me grasp the material first and improve my knowledge even further. I started with almost no knowledge in Verbal and I didn't think I could improve myself significantly in a few months. However, the course prepared me in the best way and I managed to get an even higher score on Verbal than I aimed for. I also loved challenging myself with the hard questions in Quantitative part. The lessons were very understandable and the questions were similar to the ones I encountered in my exam. I owe my success in GMAT mostly to the TTP. If you aim for a high score, I believe that TTP is the best course that will help you achieve your goal.
Strengths:
- Excellent Dashboard to track progress.
- The error logging system makes it easy to identify weak areas.
- Simple and lucid course structure which gets progressively difficult.
- Huge bank of questions for quant.
Would make the product better:
Non-native speakers may need to supplement TTP with the OG guide for Verbal, however during my prep I noted that new questions were continuously being added for the verbal section.
As I'm sure many of the people reading this have, I came across TTP while scouring reddit and GMATclub to find the best prep company. I decided to get the free trial and after I had used it for a day or two, I knew it was right for me.
The UI and course material of TTP is second to none and is really simple to understand! In terms of volume and quality for quant - TTP is the clear choice. Historically TTP has been known to not be very comprehensive for verbal but credit to the team for really building that out too!
The TTP instructors were highly accessible and were always happy to answer queries and to provide insights over mail.
Strengths:
- Great dashboard to show progress
- Many practice questions which force repetition
- Concepts are taught in a logical manner, and build on each other
Would make the product better:
- Some answers to questions were still a bit tricky to understand
- IR section was not really covered, could be an issue for students with little background in this
This is literally a one stop shop for obtaining an elite GMAT score. When I describe it to my peers, I liken it to having a personal coach who will take your of your nutrition, exercise routine and program structure - All you need to do is show up.
It is a long course, no doubt about it, and at times can feel endless. As long as you can commit, put in the hours (having a time tracker on the main dashboard helps immensely with this) you will get decent results.
By the time it came round to start on the official practice tests, I was amazed at the scores I was getting.
Overall a no BS, straightforward program that will get you results if you stick with it.
Strengths:
Great content that was very easy to understand

I used TTP to prepare for the GMAT and had an excellent experience doing so. The content they teach is very easy to understand and digest. I also really enjoy how their lessons are structured and tracked. It ‘gamifies’ the entire experience and makes it more enjoyable. The questions in their question bank were very similar to GMAT official questions. They have a detailed roadmap that alternates between Quant and Verbal lessons which I found really helpful (as opposed to tackling one section then the next). After 4 months of TTP, I ended up scoring 750 and getting into two out of the four M7 schools I applied to (R1 2022)!
Strengths:
Highly comprehensive, easy to follow. The courses are laid out in a stepwise path that covers every element of the test and leaves you completely prepared by the end
Target Test Prep was as helpful a resource as I could have imagined and was definitely worth the investment. I enjoy learning on my own time and TTP made it extremely easy to do so, while taking the stress out of studying. You can be assured that by the end of the course, you will be as prepared as possible to take on the test! I was able to achieve my target score entirely thanks to this program. The instructors are also highly accessible and make the content enjoyable. I would definitely recommend TTP to anyone who wants to take the GMAT!

Verified GMAT Classic score:
700 Q48 V38 (Online)
Strengths:
The site allows you to understand the subject in detail and then to do exercises for each chapter.
Very complete.
A schedule is made to achieve your goals.
I recommend the site because it is very organized and complete. I think that it is important to follow the schedule and to have time to prepare for GMAT. Personally speaking, I first read all the chapters and then I did the exercises. I also did 1 GMAT mock up test per week the last 3 weeks before the real GMAT.
I also used the personal test that everybody can take at the site. It is interesting because people can design their own tests based on their weaknesses. Here, I selected all hard tests to practice on more difficult exercises. It is important though to do that after you master the easy and medium exercises.

Strengths:
Thanks to TTP I was able to prepare for the GMAT in the best possible way, structured and with all the necessary knowledge.
Would make the product better:
Nothing to improve
TTP helped me make significant progress in both the quant and verbal sections and prepare me in the best possible way for the GMAT. Furthermore, the adaptive study plan helped me to create a structured study plan and thus make the best use of my time. All relevant topics of the GMAT are clearly presented and conclusively explained. In addition, you have access to a large number of questions that you can use for practice. Sample tests can be created from the questions, which can be used to address specific weaknesses. There is also an error log, so that all errors can be reviewed in detail.
