Consultant Harold Simansky
Everything mentioned about Harold across all of his reviews is completely accurate. Harold is an exceptional advisor, coach, and mentor.
Most recently, Harold helped me navigate the school decision process after receiving my acceptances. He helped me think through what my life would look like at each school and what the main priorities I would likely have were I to go to each. I really valued his perspective because he not only has a lot of insight considering his experience, but he also always shared his thoughts in an objective and unbiased manner. Harold also provided great advice on how to approach admitted students weekends and gain the most valuable insight out of these events for my decision-making process. There are many hard decisions and second guessing one goes through throughout the business school process. My conversations with Harold continue to make me confident in the choices I have made throughout both my application and decision processes, and I often think back to them to remind myself of this.
Further, as many other reviews mention, Harold is in addition an exceptional person. It is noticeable that he genuinely cares about the current and future success of the students he works with. Harold is a very well-rounded coach who does not suggest you prioritize one aspect of life over another. These are the best and most valuable kinds of coaches.
As many have also mentioned, Harold is extremely responsive. Another thing that stands out a lot is that he actually listens and remembers what you have previously said.
Harold is a consultant I can trust. I trust his experience and insights, his logic and way of thinking, his advice and guidance, and that is the #1 thing you need in a consultant. I would 100% recommend Harold to anyone looking for a consultant, and I am confident you will recommend him yourself after just your initial consultation with him.

Consultant Debbie Choy
I am grateful to Debbie, who was an incredible coach throughout the application process and was patient with me as I prepared for my Gmat and slowly put together my essays.
Debbie went out of her way to fine-tune her suggestions for the individual programs to which I was applying, enabling me to hyper-target my essays to each school. For example, NYU Stern asks applicants to put together a picture essay as a means of better shocasing creative thinking and emotional intelligence. Debbie and I went through many pictures and selected those that we felt most represented the overlap between my authentic self and NYU's values.
I am earning an MBA at Stern largely thanks to Debbie.
I initially met Angela as a Junior in college through a free profile evaluation. I had recently taken the GMAT and was starting to think about how I would craft my story for my MBA applications. Angela provided candid advice based on her extensive coaching experience and also gave me a strong shot of encouragement to aim high in terms of the schools that I was targeting. I’m very glad that Angela was one of the first people I spoke to.
Over a year later, Angela and I crossed paths again when I joined Forte Foundation’s MBA Launch program. She facilitated a fantastic Webinar regarding approaches to essay writing that helped us to better structure and edit our stories in order to build competitive and authentic applications.
It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know Angela better over the years and I’m excited for the value she will continue to create for many ambitious future leaders. I highly recommend working with her.

Consultant Daniel Richards
I applied to the prestigious One Year Full-time Master’s (Fellows) Programs for Experienced Professionals offered only by LBS, MIT, and Stanford. When I began the process earlier this year in the 3rd week of June I approached mbaMission for their Start-to-Finish packages for these 3 schools. After my initial consultation with Katharine she thought it was best for me to work with Daniel Richards. The only problem in this arrangement was that Dan was on his holidays and was expected back only on the 1st of July, whereas the third and Final Application Deadline to LBS was on the 15th of July. I wasn’t sure if I should work towards the 15th deadline or submit my application when I was ready later and then aim for the last few seats that LBS fills by beginning of September. Of course, it goes without saying these last few seats are highly competitive. Katharine realized the time pressure and she connected with Dan and got a response that I should fill in all the prior background information document for Dan to review and that he will get on a call with me the first day when is back, and that we should surely aim for 15th July deadline. Well, with over 5-6 cuts on the essays and Resume, we were all done by the 11th July. Dan’s responses hardly took more than couple of hours. I got an interview call from LBS and once again Dan’s help for the interview preparation was invaluable and it resulted in the interview going smooth and resulting in the admission call. My dream school is Stanford and I waited eagerly for their call which I got finally and once again Dan’s help in interview preparation resulted in getting the admission 3 weeks ago. And, yesterday I got the interview invite from MIT too, which I won’t be attending now.
Dan spent a lot of time reading and re-reading my background information and then interacted with me couple of times till he completely understood me. From then on he was the one who brought out the best in me and connected some of the dots which I would have potentially overlooked. During the process of interview preparation Dan’s encouragement was very useful in confidently interacting with the Adcom, and during the highly stressful time of waiting for the results and thinking I might have answered this question wrong or that, Dan soothed the nerves helped keep the morale high. Surely, without Dan’s prompt and professional help it would have been difficult to get into my dream school. I very highly recommend Dan to anyone who is looking for a stress-free application process.
