In the process of achieving perfection in any particular area, one has to simultaneously learn many basic fundamentals and un-learn the wrong concepts and myths gathered through misconception. E GMAT's verbal live prep is a comprehensive tool which is structured in an organised manner to help non natives ace the verbal domain of GMAT. The video tutorials are content- heavy and focus on application of basic concepts. The methodical approach ingrained by the slides and the articles actually make the meticulous task of approaching any particular section very easy. The tutors have always emphasized on the significance of developing a strategy while attacking a question. They focus on getting the concepts internalized and as result of which, time management does become a lot easier than expected. Thank you EGMAT for coming up with such a systematic framework for helping non natives.

After an unsuccessful attempt on my GMAT last year - I realized I was really weak on the verbal section. On further analysis I found out that while preparing - though I had learnt the techniques but I could never be confident about those answers. And the reason was, there were so many concepts that I failed to understand. I had trouble in the entire Verbal section, be it the SC/CR or the RC section where reading/understanding and answering correctly without spending a lot of time seemed like major tasks. And brushing up my grammar concepts seemed daunting. So, after searching a lot, I found great reviews about E-gmat Live Prep course. The thing that attracted me most about this course was the tag line “for non-natives” and thus, enrolling into the course was the next obvious thing to do.
As soon as I enrolled into the course I knew I was in the right place. I love the way, they have separated each section - which is further, sub-divided into different modules. This not only ensures that you concentrate on one concept at a time but also enables you to mark your progress as you move from one module to the next. There are live classes over the weekend and for a person like me with a crazy work schedule, you can view the recording and post all your questions on their blog. The instructors are great and they are always prompt in clearing your doubts. The modules give you enough base to grow on. The techniques used are easy to understand and thus application becomes easy that enables you to improve. The most important thing I realized while on this course was how important consistency and practicing is – just like exercising, you stop doing it and you are back to square one.
Though I still have time to give my GMAT exam, but I don't think I would change, or use any other course material. A few months back E-gmat started offering their Quant course and I am planning to enroll in that as well. For all those who are looking for a substantial course to work with - E-gmat is your one stop shop!
Good Luck to everyone preparing/appearing for GMAT!

Before I take e-GMAT verbal course I tried couple of other Prep courses. But I'm feeling much confident after taking e-GMAT course. Specially the sentence correction section is better than any other prep courses. The trainers are well experienced and the online sessions are too good.

I've taken GMAT before I start preparing with e-GMAT. My verbal score was too bad. But the e-GMAT approaches helped me a lot to put my thought process together. The meaning analysis approach for sentence correction is really helpful to answer tough GMAT questions.

Thanks e-GMAT!! I highly recommend this course for all GMAT aspirants.

e-Gmat is a great course for all the Non- Native aspirant Gmaters. I had tried many courses before e-gmat and had failed miserably to see any score improvement. But after taking e-gmat i was confident to take the test as i was confident on the concepts and was ready to apply e-gmat strategy to all the question. I will most definitely recommend this course to all(Natives and Non-Natives). I am still Continuing with the course as i would like to continue my growth in my verbal Score.

Scororium is a good Platform that really helps you to gauge your preparation and helps you focus on the area that requires your attention.

The live session are an amazing platform for student to have a classroom feeling. Payal is an amazing instructor, her live session are one of the best session i have attended. if you have attended other courses you would know that the instructors sometimes will give you some random approach and are often confused in you ask a tricky question. But with Payal that not the case, she is undoubtedly a mater in Sentence correction approach. Her approach has really helped me to increase my score, and i continuing with the course to future increase my score to My Target Score.

Thanks for your Time.

I hope e-gmat turns out helpful to you as much it was for me.

P.s: If you are still looking for a course i would request you to attend one of live session.

Hi , I am writing this review as I found this is suitable for most of the student , The time when we think of GMAT we come up which lots of courses available in the market and we fall down with the best advertisement or with best marketing course and finally we screwed up with the worst score.

That’s what exactly happens with me. :(..:( .. I wastage my Money as well as Timing for the wrong guidance of GMAT.

My weakness was Verbal (as many of Engineers has) and frankly speaking Verbal seems to be a boring for me at first and I keep on focusing on quant and I screwed up my verbal score.
Finally I come across with the VERBAL LIVE by eGMAT through one of my friend and the day I register for eGMAT I saw tremendous changes in Verbal now I keep quant aside and I keep doing verbal as I know the concept behind and I start enjoying .

The Basic features I like about this course:

- It’s specially design for Non Native Speakers.
- The Course teaches you the logical procedure to approach SC, CR and RC.
- The Course teaches you from the basics and take you to the higher level.
- The Course instructors are awesome, available for you 24*7 .
- The Live sessions are very interactive.
- And finally its value for money.

And hope this review found useful for you .

ALL THE BEST !!!

Hi All,

I am a non-native English speaker who has had a hard time preparing for the GMAT. The GMAT is a reasoning exam that tests a certain set of skills. So in order to crack the GMAT, you definitely need a special set of English verbal skills combined with exceptional reasoning skills/techniques. Coming from a strong engineering background I definitely have exceptional reasoning skills but very limited English verbal skills and this is where e-GMAT comes into the picture. e-GMAT claims that their verbal courses are developed for non-native English speakers and that is not a lie. My GMAT exam is approaching fast and since using e-GMAT I feel much more comfortable as my English verbal skill set has improved drastically which enables me to apply efficient reasoning to all verbal question types. With guidance from the e-GMAT’s courses I have also developed personalized strategies for attacking all types of questions. From my personal experience, I would say that e-GMAT is the answer for non-native English speakers who are struggling with the GMAT.

Best regards,
Corrie Jordaan

The first time I took GMAT, I started my prep with Manhattan as it had a lot of good reviews online and because I am on the East Coast, the classes and everything else worked out the best for me. However, as the course went along, I started to realize the Manhattan concentrates more on Quant than Verbal and this clearly was not something I was looking forward to. In my first GMAT attempt, I did not score that well in Verbal and as a result started to look for courses that would hone my GMAT Verbal skills. Happened to stumble upon e-gmat and had no hesitation in going forward with it. I am yet to take my GMAT the second time but I have seen a 15 point improvement in my Verbal mock scores. I would highly recommend this course as the pace is perfect and they are spot on with course structuring.

For those who are into self prep rather than going for classroom coaching, eGMAT is the right decision...My verbal was not all that bad in general but when I tried taking the GMAT exam for the first time, I was shocked to know that my score was 19... Way below my expectations. Though I was more relaxed as well knowing that my verbal is not weak, I was bashed by the first hand experience in GMAT exam. eGMAT helped me to understand my weak areas which were mainly strategical and greatly helped me to overcome that problem to a large extent..I wish i had bought eGMAT Verbal Live Prep before my first attempt itself. If I had done that I am sure would have got much better score.

Best factors:

*eGMAT interface(the website platform) is quite user friendly and helps for organizing your preparation on a daily basis. Where categorizing the weak areas and focussing on the same makes a solid foundation, the time bound tests on the other hand give confidence as well.

*It has a large question bank which covers the important concepts.

*Each question has an explanatory video( i was quite impressed with that) plus links to videos covering topics related to the question.

* It has a really good faculty who are friendly and always there to clear your doubts..(Which i feel is the most important factor in such courses)

All in all it is completely worth your money spend.

After looking for several options out and even trying out with class room training, My accuracy in sentence correction have hardly showed any improvement. I took the free class and later took up the verbal online. After 2 weeks of preparation I felt, I should go for verbal live prep to check my progress and get an opportunity to discuss with trainers. It was a better improvement from my last trial of OG. But still I am trying to review and I am confident I can reach my target verbal score with additional 1 month more preparation. The support is excellent from Rajat and team. They have a product for every suit. and one can take step by step approach. I am looking forward for my GMAT appointment

Amidst many prep course out there who boasts a lot about their course material , sound promising initially and fail to deliver results ,Egmat stands out by making realistic promises .I have read the CR bible and Manhattan SC c and always felt something was missing and that was application of what i learnt .Egmat helped me bridge that gap for me . The course and content are highly structured and leave no room for doubts . This is one of the best investment of time and money that i have made over a long time .The classes are highly interactive and do not have the slightest doubt that online classes could be less interactive ,the classes are more interactive and productive than the classes i attended at Princeton for over 4 months . VLP is highly effective and helpful if verbal section happens to be your weakness .I highly encourage and recommend GMAT aspirants to attend their free session to get the Feel of how the classes work . I enrolled myself for VLP after my first class and now i have subscribed to QLP . That should explain .
