like many other things, this is not the most ideal in terms of the technology its based out. the videos are presented at the very basic level and deal with the core concepts that are required for the exam. but the price point they offer is phenomenal and must to have for the preparation of a key exam that can change one's life.

My story is an anomaly. I tried e-gmat Verbal Online after seeing all the great reviews on gmatclub. I saw my verbal score go up on the practice tests. Throughout the course work, I felt that I was learning and improving. The videos on SC were helpful. My practice tests were reflecting that. However, on the actual exam, I did not improve. I'm still in the process of figuring out WHY. (Not giving up. )

I did write to e-gmat team and I was told that I should have taken the Ability tests as reliable indicators. I only took one before the exam because I was not aware that these tests could be important/reliable indicators. I kept taking the scholaranium accuracy tests and assumed that since my accuracy was improving, the score improvement on the practice tests is accurate.

As for the course material, I wish there was more emphasis/practice sessions on RC. I really wanted this course to work for me but was disappointed.

I have taken the help of verbal online of GMAT and my experience was amazing.
There are plethora of reasons for that - firstly, it explanation given for each section and for each topic is amazing. It is hard to get that else where and the way it is portrayed is commendable. For eg. we have been learning about 'clause' since our childhood but the importance of that and the correct usage of that I was only able to understand when I enrolled for eGMAT.
Not only that, It gives you the analysis section wise and segment wise which tells you where you stand exactly.
On the whole, verbal section of eGMAT is one of the best courses that I ever came across as a preparatory source for GMAT.

There are plethora of online courses for GMAT but I chose e-GMAT because it gave be a discipline to study and practice daily. More importantly, I was excited to learn so many new things via online videos. This was the first time I was going through an online course and it worked wonders for me in SC, CR and RC.

The Ability test and Custom Quiz on Scholorenium is awesome which brings out the unknown weak areas and guide you towards improving on those. Thanks to Payal for her outstanding presentations.

Quant was my weak point. Though my concepts were all clear and I had a good idea of the basics, I used to get scores ranging from low to mid 40s, which was certainly not enough for the scores I have been aiming for.

Pros
- It helped me bring the discipline and structure into my preparation.
- Gave me lots of insights and hacks into solving questions, that I used to find tedious and time consuming.
- My Weakest topics were Geometry and Modulus, and with the help of e-GMAT's course, I have been able to improve my accuracy by 70% in these questions.
- Segregating questions into Easy, Medium, & Hard categories & the Analytics that goes with it went a long way in helping me identify and rectify my weak points.

Cons
- A few sections look like they need to be updated (In terms of numbers & figures), though it doesn't affect the preparation process, It may make it easier for a learner to grasp.
- No Full length tests as a part of Scholaranium

Hi friends. I would like to share my experience with e-GMAT verbal. Previously I was casual in verbal preparation, as I used to get bored while revising basic Grammer. But once I started preparation with e- GMAT, I started to spend more and more time on verbal. Last year my verbal score on gmat was 16. Thus I decided to spend maximum time on verbal. Few takeaways from my experience are as follows:

1) e- gmat not only helps in bridging the conceptual gaps in english grammar, but also instills confidence in preparation. The more questions I solve using the e GMAT strategies , the more cofident I feel to do well on actual GMAT.
2) The videos impose a clear understanding of individual subjects. Within a month of preparation with egmat verbal course, I could see improvement on my mock test.
3) Any student who is not so confident with verbal section should take this course and mark my words, you would experience a transformation by yourself. At, present I am confident enough to score 32 + which seemed like a dream before I had taken e GMAT verbal online course.

I have been using the e-GMAT's Verbal Online course for some time now. I fell back on my preparation due to work and daily life pressures but I've been using it for few months now. Their verbal online course is a great collection of videos which explain each and every concept in detail. If you don't want to be scanning multiple GMAT books then this is the course for you. I also recently attended a few free webinars with e-GMAT and was really impressed by the approach of the instructors. They concentrate on ensuring clarity of GMAT verbal concepts and explain how you should be applying them in the exam. After attending one of the SC sessions, I was immediately thinking differently and was able understand what mistakes I making. Actually, I've even decided to upgrade to Verbal Live Prep course because I feel the Live Sessions will be a critical component in my preparation.

I'm a working professional and it gets really hectic to fit GMAT preparation in my schedule. However, after using e-GMAT's Verbal online course and attending webinars I feel their course is a definite winner. They even provide you with well set study plans and which really is everything you need.

I am a non-native speaker. I decided to appear for GAMT at the beginning of last year. I registered myself in GMAT club and bought the full course of Manhattan GAMT study material. Having an engineering background, I hardly faced much challenges to solve GMAT quant section. However, I found verbal section really challenging. Even though I went through the complete Manhattan sentence correction and critical reasoning books, I struggled to complete the verbal section within time.
I decided to take some expert’s advice for my verbal section preparation. While going through reviews on different GMAT prep courses, I came to know about E-GAMT.
