Need to write a few words over egmat Verbal online course.
I started with V13 and reach to V30 with the help of this course.
Extremely concise content and level check at every minute level will help you a lot .
If you are GMAT takers , then you must be knowing that pracitising set of question with right approach is what leads to GMAT success. and In this cource I find this exactly same.
I would strongly recommend this course for every individual.
My Take out of 10.
SC: 10/10 : Must
CR : 9/10 : Good .. CR power score bible and this course will sufficient to crack GMAT CR
RC : MUST
ON top of this ; egmat provides Verbal Scholranium tool. THis is only tool where you able to find actual GMAT like question. I am not markeing for EGMAT but believe me I tried lots of resources and but only find this course has high credibility question.
i started gmat prep in feb 2017 and in april i took first mock, scoring 590 and 22 in verbal. It was devastating for me because I never thought that i would score so low. expectation were much higher. this score was after two months of preparation from manhatten verbal guide and jamboree quant material. in may i bought egmat SC online course and from this point of time things got changed because the problem was not prep material nor it was concepts because i was very clear with concepts. problem was something else which i was not able to figure out
the whole problem was in my reading strategy what i came to know only after joining egmat.
GMAT is all about reading and interpreting
few observations about egmat
1. course is so lively that even a live class teacher cant match impact of egmat modules
2. best part is that every module is arranged in chronological order and word by word interpretation really help in correting the reading habit.
3. when one is through all modules he do not need to remember concepts, concepts just come in to habit
my experience with GMAT
I devoted 90% of time to verbal even then failed to manage timing in verbal section because of nervousness.
I marked last 8-9 questions in just two minutes without even reading. I dont know how these questions impacted my score, but for sure if i had managed time better score would have been better.
avoiding nervousness is impossible but try to manage as much as you can.
last thing reading newyork times during prep can help in SC and RC.
I started preparing for GMAT with Manhattan GMAT (MGMAT) course, and it confused me a lot. Not sure of about my daily progress.
After 1 months of prep. and sort of reaching no where, I looked in GMATClub for better preparation course and found E-GMAT. Web based course with progress percentage helped me track my progress clearly. Support is awesome.
I gave 2 mock tests and my average score is 610 before e-GMAT. Then, I started preparing courses in e-GMAT and it helped a lot . I planned to make my basics strong and it helped me a lot.
The Verbal Course is amazing , practice questions are above 700 level. Last week, I gave 3 mock test in MGMAT and my average score was 730 . I do have come a long way from 610. Relying on e-GMAT for the help.
I recommend E-GMAT verbal course for everyone. Teaches basics clearly with lot of practice question. I made a good choice.
Best of luck :)
I took the course in January but started preparing for GMAT in the month of March. Just before starting my prep I took a mock test and scored 600. being a non-native and an engineer, I wanted to score as much as possible in my quant section.
I started going through the online prep videos and was really impressed with the method of teaching.
One thing that I really liked was that the OG questions were divided and provided in each section.
The Scholaranium is also a pretty good tool, providing good graphic displays and ways to track your performance.
In a nutshell, e-Gmat is amazing and following the course step-by-step will certainly help in achieving good score.
This is an excellent instrument to improve your quant skills. The tasks are challenging and really hard. I would assume that the tasks are of a 700+ level. I was using it mainly for polishing my skills after completion of general course and using OG. It is very structured and very convenient if one wants to understand where is the weakest spots in his/her preparation. You could track your performance with the detailed break down by different types of skills required. My abilities have improved substantially (at least 5 points on a quant section). I would advise to go through e-GMAT quant preparation and then practice with Scholaranium.
My Quant section was good enough, but my Verbal was not great. The first time, I got V27, but I kept working on my verbal, using Manhattan Guides and other sources. However, I did not see the improvement in my scores after reading the books. So, I decided to buy e-GMAT Verbal Online. After taking a few lessons of SC part, I had more confidence and felt that I was really understanding the SC concepts easily. As I took more practice tests from e-GMAT Verbal, sentence correction became easier. I improved my Verbal score from 27 to 33.
Although the concepts in books and in e-GMAT are similar, the way SC is taught in e-GMAT is much more focused and effective because of course structure and visual presentations.
I highly recommend this course for native and non-native GMAT test takers if they want to improve their score in the Verbal section of GMAT.
Hello everyone.
I had given my first mock without preparation and i was shattered with 540 score with low quant and verbal.
Being a non native english speaker, i was expecting low score in verbal but in quants it was so dishearten to get v44.
Then i researched for E-gmat and through the gmat club reviews i found it is worth to try and so i opted the quant for e-gmat. and i didnt regret to subscribe that course because their details conceptual explainations are so good and interesting that you wont forget them easily.
And their practice set is so rich and with lot of complexity that it checks your preparation level at granular level.
Ability quizes, sectional test cover all topics.
I would recommend everyone to have this course as part of your GMAT preparation.

My GMAT preparation began in Feb-17. I had already taken the GMAT in Sep-14 and scored a mere 620 - Q50 V25. Never in my mocks had I crossed a V27. I had read all the manhattan books multiple times and I was confident that my Sentence correction was strong. However, in the actual exam the level of questions was way harder than I had anticipated. I scored a mere V20 on the Verbal section for SC.
Then I read a review about e-GMAT and gave it a try. After watching the first 3-4 Video lectures, I was in love with the content. I could grasp the content much quicker and the content stayed longer in my head because of the Visual effects created by the company. I went through the recordings multiple times and solidified my concepts. The best part I liked about the course was the entire structure of the program. The course has various files such as concept files, application files and quiz files. This helps to solidify concepts even further. Lastly, after completing the pre-requisites, I attended the Live Sessions.
The Live sessions were extremely well organized, with questions covering various concepts. Moreover, the instructors are extremely patient and hats off to all of you to answer some of the most basic questions. The best part about the instructors is that they don't give out the answers too easily. They make you think, which aids to understand even better.
So after completing my SC section, I improved from a V20 to a V30 on my Sentence correction. I started solving the questions based on Sentence structure. I then moved on to my CR and RC sections. Having studied the Sentence Correction course, my reading improved drastically. I could understand the various pieces in a convoluted RC passage. The company uses "Verb-ing" and "Verb-ed" instead of the Traditional terms such as Gerunds/Infinitive/Appositive Clauses etc. This is key to remembering what each term is. Again, hats off to a well designed course and coming up with such easy to understand names.
Now without digressing any further, I took my first attempt in July -17. I got a 640 - Q49 v29. That's a 4 point improvement right off the bat. I was dejected and thought to give one more attempt. I went through all the files again and took another attempt in Sep-17. I scored a Q49 V32 - 670. I was delighted with the score because this was the first time I breached the V30 mark. I attribute this section largely to e-gmat. However, I hadn't done Scholarinium yet. I plan to take one more attempt in Oct-17 and practice on Scholarinium. I believe I can reach a v35.
In sum, had it not have been to e-gmat, I would always be lingering in the mid - 20s on my verbal section. This course provided me with a new path that the GMAT verbal is crack able. Persistence is the key and approach is necessary.
I hope you all give this course a whirl and see for yourself the improved self confidence you shall face while taking the actual exam.
I started preparing for GMAT in December 2016, and have been struggling ever since :)
After two months of Random Preparation and sort of reaching no where , a friend told me about E-GMAT.
I am a working professional and E-GMAT sorted of suited my Routine , as I could attend the Live sessions over the weekend and do the Prep Courses and view recording over the weekdays. So I instantly opted for E-GMAT.
I gave a Mock at the initial stage, and scored 530. Q43 and V22 .
After then I started preparing based on Courses in E-GMAT and they helped a lot . Starting from Basics to High End concepts , everything is covered in this E-GMAT course.
The Quant Course in Particular is Super amazing , as it brushes up your concepts, helps with the new concepts , and questions above 700 level.
Last week I gave mock a my score was 660 (Q48 and V33) . So I do have come a long way from 530 , but still have a long way to go.
Relying on E-GMAT for the help.
Hope you guys opt for E-GMAT as well !
Do well ! Best of luck :)
I came to know about e-GMAT through GMATClub. I was skeptical about a non-classroom course. Having taken classroom classes, I enrolled myself with one of the GMAT training centers but realized within a month that those classes couldn't take my score to the north of 700.
I thought of attending a webinar conducted by E-GMAT and was amazed by the teaching method and explanations given by the faculty. My apprehensions of attending an online course by an overseas company were taken care of. The clarity of concepts and the approach to solving the questions used by the Egmat team made me realize the need for meaning clarity and crystal clear concepts.
While my quants was decent, I thought of enrolling myself for the Verbal course. The video explanations of the OG questions and the articles were the most helpful in my preparation.
The course helped me to improve my SC accuracy from 70% to more than 90%. As a non-native student I have always focused on accuracy(as may be evident in my post), but e GMAT helped me realized the importance of ability. GMAT is not just about accuracy but more about ability.
Apart from the comprehensive course created by the team, scholarnium is the tool which helps the student push the score towards 40.
