Hello guys,
I just wanted to let everyone knows of my experience preparing for the Gmat with E-gmat since I've been around for so long working on the Gmat. I originally started preparing for the Gmat with Princeton, then with Kaplan, then with Manhattan gmat and finally with e-gmat. I truly mean it when I say finally with E-gmat. So, as I said, I've been around.
Studying with the Manhattan gmat books was a good start. I was able to touch on the concepts I have not done in a while and got some basics out of the way. I was excited, but then I didn't feel I knew how to address each and every question and relate that information back to the books. With E-gmat, the concepts are organized by sections: Number Property, Algebra, Geo, Words Problems, and Advanced Problems. Each section has application practices and quizzes. So, I can related the topic tested on a question. I am able to relate to the concept and the PROCESS that I should use answering the questions.
I am not good at math, though I like. I guess is better when you like something because then you can become good at it. But, if you don't have a way to see things, it can be frustrating at time to say the least. So, it does says a lot when a teacher knows what he is doing and can teach you the concept, but it speaks higher when the teacher is not only knowledge but also CARES that you do well and accomplish your goal. I found that with the teachers at E-gmat.
