After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Egmat. I must say that it is my best decision in the context of my GMAT preparation. The course is well structured and covers the GMAT subject very well. As a working professional, I feel extremely comfortable in taking the course when I want and where I want. My verbal score improved drastically. I now feel more confident handling the verbal section. The content is easier to understand and solid in depth of understanding. It significantly reduced the time I took to answer each question. I would highly recommend e-GMAT course for all non-native speakers.
I have used EGmat course for a while now. I could see a tremendous improvement. In a day i can spend only a few hours for Gmat. For my verbal preparation i follow only EGmat. The course is well structured and i feel like studying in a classroom atmosphere. This course is well designed for non natives. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is taking GMAT. Don't waste time in researching which material to use to study. Simply register in EGmat and follow the course. Also go with verbal live prep as this course in very interactive and you have someone to clear your doubts. These instructors are very active and you will get a reply for your doubt very quickly.
I took my first attempt in GMAT and scored poorly in Quant. I then browsed over a lot of material and decided to go with the E-GMAT Quant Live Prep. It is an excellent resource for all Quant material for all GMAT aspirants. The videos provide good fundamentals and the practice session do a great job of testing the basic foundation with the GMAT -type questions. What I will really recommend are the live Quant sessions. The instructors review 700+ Gmat questions and these 3 hour sessions are superb! With E-gmat Quant Live Prep , I am hoping to ace the Quant section this time :)
I would strongly recommend the quant package to all the students. Live sessions are very useful after you have gone through the basics first.Number properties and geometry needs special mention. The instructors go in depth and address any difficulties faced by the students. I am appearing for GMAT next month and I am really confident that e-gmat quant live prep course will make a lot of difference. Combining concept files and live sessions you can really iron out all the grey areas of your prep.
But it is recommended to go through the concept files before you attend live sessions.
The Quant live Prep covers all the topics that are tested very comprehensively.I particularly found the Number Properties very helpful, as that was one of my weak areas. After completing this topic, I noticed immediate improvement in my ability to solve odd-even, LCM-HCF etc. problems with ease. The live sessions discussed questions of a high level of difficulty and hence helped in understanding concepts clearly.
In addition, the Rapid-Fire quizzes and other practise quizzes for each topic, tested each and every concept in detail so that we could know our weak areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with this course and believe that it is the only resource needed to score 50/51 on the real test.
I took the e-GMAT Verbal Live prep for a period of 6 months. I was particularly impressed by 3 factors: 1. Comprehensiveness, 2. Application oriented approach and 3. High quality practise problems.
About 1, e-GMAT covered all major and minor concepts tested in the GMAT in thorough detail. I would say that no additional reference is required as the course would suffice. About 2, all the concepts were followed by practise and application questions pertaining to that concept. As such, we can get immediate feedback about the weak concepts. Finally, Scholaranium provides 600+ high quality questions. I would call it high quality because the questions strongly resembled the officials questions and were followed by comprehensive solutions.
I'm positively impressed by the quality of e-GMAT test prep. The course and study plan are well structured and this helped me a lot in developing my verbal score. I now feel more confident handling the verbal section, and the tips and hints provided are easier to understand and significantly reduced the time required to answer each question. Verbal grammar study starts with very basics and there are short assessments before the start and end of each module / topic and hence you know which topics you need a detailed study/guidance. I would highly recommend e-GMAT course for all non-native speakers.
I am extremely happy with the verbal+quant course from egmat. e-gmat is known for its verbal, but I would also like to strongly recommend the quant package to all the students who face difficulties in understanding the basic concepts. Number properties and geometry were my gray areas and the quant lessons really helped me getting through them.
The live sessions are extremely helpful for both quant and verbal. The instructors go in depth for difficulties faced by the students.
The level of questions egmat provides seems to be higher than the normal gmat prep level. But it's always better to be able to solve difficult questions.
I am going to appear for GMAT next month and I hope that all my the efforts pay off. Would surely like to recommend egmat to all gmat aspirants.
The first time I took GMAT, I started my prep with Manhattan as it had a lot of good reviews online and because I am on the East Coast, the classes and everything else worked out the best for me. However, as the course went along, I started to realize the Manhattan concentrates more on Quant than Verbal and this clearly was not something I was looking forward to. In my first GMAT attempt, I did not score that well in Verbal and as a result started to look for courses that would hone my GMAT Verbal skills. Happened to stumble upon e-gmat and had no hesitation in going forward with it. I am yet to take my GMAT the second time but I have seen a 15 point improvement in my Verbal mock scores. I would highly recommend this course as the pace is perfect and they are spot on with course structuring.
Team,
After looking for several options out and even trying out with class room training, My accuracy in sentence correction have hardly showed any improvement. I took up the verbal Live Prep After 2 weeks of preparation I felt, I should go for verbal live prep to check my progress and get an opportunity to discuss with trainers. It was a better improvement from my last trial of OG. But still I am trying to review and I am confident I can reach my target verbal score with additional 1 month more preparation. The support is excellent from Rajat and team. They have a product for every suit. and one can take step by step approach. I am looking forward for my GMAT appointment
