I have started with SC and the videos are amazing. They are simple enough,the course teaches you the logic of these questions based on the meaning of each. Each concepts has been explained well and every video is followed by a post assessment quiz, which immediately tells you your level of understanding. In CR strategies such as pre thinking and understanding the argument well drawing a logical structure is the key to mastering CR. Regarding RC I just started the first module & already liking it. Overall I would say e-gmat is a best online prep course & I would highly recommend it.

My GMAT preparation began in Feb-17. I had already taken the GMAT in Sep-14 and scored a mere 620 - Q50 V25. Never in my mocks had I crossed a V27. I had read all the manhattan books multiple times and I was confident that my Sentence correction was strong. However, in the actual exam the level of questions was way harder than I had anticipated. I scored a mere V20 on the Verbal section for SC.

Then I read a review about e-GMAT and gave it a try. After watching the first 3-4 Video lectures, I was in love with the content. I could grasp the content much quicker and the content stayed longer in my head because of the Visual effects created by the company. I went through the recordings multiple times and solidified my concepts. The best part I liked about the course was the entire structure of the program. The course has various files such as concept files, application files and quiz files. This helps to solidify concepts even further. Lastly, after completing the pre-requisites, I attended the Live Sessions.

The Live sessions were extremely well organized, with questions covering various concepts. Moreover, the instructors are extremely patient and hats off to all of you to answer some of the most basic questions. The best part about the instructors is that they don't give out the answers too easily. They make you think, which aids to understand even better.

So after completing my SC section, I improved from a V20 to a V30 on my Sentence correction. I started solving the questions based on Sentence structure. I then moved on to my CR and RC sections. Having studied the Sentence Correction course, my reading improved drastically. I could understand the various pieces in a convoluted RC passage. The company uses "Verb-ing" and "Verb-ed" instead of the Traditional terms such as Gerunds/Infinitive/Appositive Clauses etc. This is key to remembering what each term is. Again, hats off to a well designed course and coming up with such easy to understand names.

Now without digressing any further, I took my first attempt in July -17. I got a 640 - Q49 v29. That's a 4 point improvement right off the bat. I was dejected and thought to give one more attempt. I went through all the files again and took another attempt in Sep-17. I scored a Q49 V32 - 670. I was delighted with the score because this was the first time I breached the V30 mark. I attribute this section largely to e-gmat. However, I hadn't done Scholarinium yet. I plan to take one more attempt in Oct-17 and practice on Scholarinium. I believe I can reach a v35.

In sum, had it not have been to e-gmat, I would always be lingering in the mid - 20s on my verbal section. This course provided me with a new path that the GMAT verbal is crack able. Persistence is the key and approach is necessary.

I took the Gmat some months ago and scored a V34. Taking into consideration that i am a non native i had trouble with the verbal section. Almost disapointed with my performance i signed up for E-Gmat Verbal Live Prep and it was one of the best choices i made. Lacking focus and confidence the E gmat team asked me to trust them and do as they say and i would be able to score high. I score a V34 with only limited practice. I only practised with the OG and only a little with Scholaranium. I didnt use all the helpful parts of my course(eg i didnt use the verbal workshop ). I believe that if i had some more time to practise some more questions from the Scholaranium(and the other parts) i would be able to score much better.
Their Sentence correction is really amazing. They wont ask you to memorize 1000 idioms ; their strategy is based on meaning. My SC quickly became my strongest part on the whole Gmat.
Their Critical Reasoning is also commendable. Especially if you are a non native and you have never had a standardized critical reasoning test before this course is a must. They really help you with DETAILED explanations. Every question is broken down into pieces of a puzzle. Quickly you will learn what CR is about. Practise from the OG and Scholaranium to get a high score.
Their Reading Comprehension is mostly a set of strategies. If you are having trouble with RC they have very nice detailed videos to help you learn how the gmat wants us to read for it.
The Live courses are available for sometime so you can catch any batch your work schedule allows you. The live lessons are a good source of confidence and they provide classroom experience. You will be able to measure your performance in competition with other students. This is very nice if you are studying alone. You also be able to understand how much time you should normally spend on any section. The live lessons compel you to study harder to be ready for the next lesson. Interaction with the instructor is really helpful. At the end of each lesson they resolve all the special queries of the students. Thank you for being close Krishna and Egmat team. If you are having problem with your tests or practice quizzes they can provide personal help with no added cost.
The course architecture is helpful in helping you learn in the quickest possible way. The videos are elaborate and industrially designed (meticulously). They are very interactive and cool to watch with many colors and images that make you feel better about studying while other courses only have a dry video with some guy mumbling..
On the downside i can definetely say that the product support ( email support) could be better. I think that this part of the company is understaffed.
Overall, a very good experience and cheap course in terms of what they offer. I would highly recommend.

As a non-native and engineering graduate I wanted to score maximum on the quant section of GMAT. In the last attempt at GMAT I scored 49 on quant and I wanted to score 51. I started my preparation with the Manhattan GMAT guides. I won’t say that these guides are not good but I was unable to improve myself further. I was not able to finish the quant section in time. To improve myself further I was in search of some resource when I stumbled upon the e-gmat in a Facebook promotion. I straight away joined their free quant webinar and found it as an eye opener. Without making any delay I enrolled in the course.
The entire quant course is divided into 5 sections: 1) Number Properties, 2) Algebra, 3) Geometry, 4) Word Problems and 5) Advance topics.

The Quant course (Verbal as well) is in the form of video lessons followed by practical quizzes. The first quiz on each section consists typically on low level questions that help you understand the basics. On the second quiz, the difficulty level of the questions increases progressively. One thing I like about it is that each question has a timer so you can see how long is taking you to solve different types of questions based on the difficulty level. The course provides step by step solutions of these practical questions as well as of the OG questions that are recommended at the end of each section. All the explanations are very clear.
The icing on the cake is scholaranium . This is the Custom test platform by e-gmat where one can select questions of different topics, different difficulty levels and adjust timings. As a result you also get detailed analysis of the timing and your performance. This detailed analysis has taken my prep further and finally I am scoring 50-51 on the gmac mock tests.
I found the course phenomenal. It is very meticulously laid down content wise and method wise. I will recommend this course to every GMAT aspirant.

I took e-gmat quant live prep course to boost my GMAT Quant. I was very impressed with the in-depth analysis and strategic method of teaching. I would recommend it to students who are looking to gain a stronger understanding of quant topics. My weak areas were Algebraic Translations, Geometry, Probability and Combinatorics, Weighted Averages and Number Properties. I spent some time reviewing concepts and then did timed practice using OG and GMAT Club. e-gmat played a major role in inculcating more confidence in my quant abilities going into the GMAT. I couldn't have achieved this feat without the help of E-GMAT's Verbal Live Prep for sure. The course is so well defined that all you need is to give just an hour a day at minimum and a complete revision of the week's study on the weekend. I was not new to online courses when I subscribed to E-GMAT. I had already subscribed to Magoosh but I think Magoosh's Qaunt course is way better than their Verbal Course. I would suggest everyone to dig Manhattan Sentence Correction guide before delving into E-GMAT's Verbal Live prep. Although Manhattan's SC guide is an ocean of grammar rules and sentence structure but it will definitely create a strong base and then leave it to Verbal Live Prep for the rest.
The live sessions delivered by Krishna cemented the foundations laid in the interactive modules. I will highly recommend the E-GMAT Verbal live prep for non-native speakers. I improved 15 points in a matter of two months.

I decided to apply for a Top10 B-School long time ago. I was totally aware that to have at least some chance to be admitted I needed to reach a really great score in the GMAT, a quite difficult exam, as long as I had heard by then. So I decided to buy some study material, from some of the most prestigious publishers in the world. I will not name them here, but they are some of the people who have produced really enriching material in the past.

By that time I was working in the US, a dream I had pursued for the previous two years and hence I wanted to demonstrate my supervisors my commitment with my job and with my company. Therefore, I had no much time left and it was clear that this GMAT thing would take me a while and I would not get my super score overnight. However, I was not aware of how difficult this thing would really be…

I am an engineer, so I supposed that Quantitative wouldn´t be a big deal. So although I studied for it I focused on Verbal. I am a non-native, but I think I have been average good at English all my life, so I felt confident that I would improve quite a lot and would get a high score. So after studying for some months I scheduled my exam within several weeks and, went for it. For whatever reason, I did not do any practice exam in advance (don´t ask me why, probably in my arrogant way of thinking I felt I didn´t need it). I did the exam, feeling fine about it, but I was amazed when the screen said I had just got 570. I was really expecting way higher score than that one, something close to the 700s. That day I realized that GMAT was something to take into account, not just a mere exam like those of college. This is hard stuff.

So I revisited the study material I had, the one from the recognized publisher (I am not using “recognized” ironically, they have really good stuff out there), and did tons of exercises, with not more guide that the one in the books I was using. I studied hard for a year, using each loose hour I had to study (I was travelling a lot for work by that time, I did many of those exercises in planes and hotel rooms), confident that if I put hours and hours on it I would improve my score considerably. That strategy had worked out pretty well all my life, why wouldn´t work with this regards? I was absolutely wrong… I took the exam several more times, but I did not get to the 700s not even close.

I was really upset: I had studied a good amount of hours, gone through my books and repeated the strategies learnt on them. What was going on? No matter how hard I was working on this and how much of my time I was diverting to this, I wasn´t able to surpass a line. I wasn´t being inefficient in my study, I was having hours of study of good quality, but that wasn´t counting. It was like having and upper barrier above me that I was not capable to break. So one Sunday, searching in internet I found GMATClub. I didn´t get into it too much that day (mistake, GMATClub is just amazing, I would like to post another review of them here), but there I was recommended to attend a free webinar by a company I didn´t know about. It was scheduled an hour later and I had nothing better to do that Sunday, so I joined. There was a gent giving a brief explanation about how is GMAT exam organized first, and then describing a feeling that he assured many people experienced when preparing the exam. He was saying that for many people, no matter how hard they study, they were stopped up to a certain level and a certain score. Beyond that level, they weren’t able to pass. By that time, my concentration on the webinar was 1000%, that gent was describing basically what was happening to me! He was saying that there were several reasons for not being able to surpass such barrier, but the most important were not having developed your core skills properly, and probably the way you were absorbing knowledge (in my case, my books from the traditional publishers). He defined that situation of being stuck at one level as “Score Plateau”, which is a very appropriate term, in my opinion. That gent was Rajat Sadana, co-founder of e-GMAT, and he was presenting his e-GMAT Verbal Live Prep course.

I decided to take that course right away and soon I started to realize how misled my study strategy had been. The Verbal Live Prep course changes from top to bottom the way you approach the Verbal section of the GMAT Exam. Rajat, Payal, Krishna and the rest of experts of e-GMAT (whom I am very grateful to) change the way you envision this in both form and content.

Content: because they re-define many of the core concepts that you need to understand previously to master the GMAT: the difference between accuracy and ability, the real definition of an Assumption or how you can truly read a passage with effective Reading Comprehension, for instance; because they provide you with powerful tools to face a question: the Pre-Thinking approach, the Negation Test, the iSWAT choices, the difference between polar opposite and logical opposite, the Variance Analysis, and so many other concepts that help you understand deeply what you are asked; because they have such a good question bank, way better that any other I might have tried, to help you understand the lessons first and master the sections afterwards; because they give you access to practice exams from 800Score and GMATClub, the stepping stones on your way to master the exam, in my opinion.

Form: because they use an online course that is a format significantly more effective than traditional books. Organized intelligently, this course gives you access to related problems, right after a concept is learnt. It is pretty easy to navigate and easier to carry (I do not need to bring my heavy books with me when flying in my work trips). The course does not allow you to keep going if detects that you have not internalized the concepts taught. This gives you the security of not being leaving important stuff behind unwittingly. Besides, each lesson is reinforced with Live Sessions on the weekends, where you not only go over what you have studied, but you also learn some strategic tips to increase your performance when practicing, and can ask all the questions that you have come up with during the week.

I have scheduled my GMAT exams within three weeks from now. My score in my last practice exam, four days ago, was 750. I do not know how well I will perform, but these guys have indeed given me something I lacked before: an enormous confidence on myself and on my knowledge. I will tell you in twenty days…

Hi guys,

I have gone through the gmatclub so many times and now that I have achieved a decent gmat score of 700, I would like to highlight how e-gmat's verbal live prep helped me to achieve this score.

Being a non-native, the skills in the verbal section that are tested in GMAT didn't come naturally to me. I needed a prep course which started off from the basic foundation of grammar. The audio-visual tutorials at E-gmat are effective and intuitive, Had I learnt the same from a text book, I really doubt I could have grasped 50% of the concept.

The E-gmat's course is beautifully designed - one lesson at a time. This was best for a non-native guy like me. In SC section, there are great articles such as verb-ing vs verb-ed modifiers. These articles are really well written and are mostly targeted at sections which create a bit of confusion.

Finally, the scholaranium provides a test-environment where you can practice sections in a timed environment. The results I achieved in the scholaranium were almost similar to what I received in the GMAT. For all those guys who want to improve their score from ~27 to ~40 or above, I would really suggest them to try the E-gmat course.

I've been studying for the GMAT for quite some time now. I have taken many courses at different places such as Princeton, Kaplan as well as Manhattan GMAT. I am currently using E-GMAT for my GMAT preparation and founded it outstanding! Here are the reasons:

So, I am truly happy because I feel confident that my acquired reading skills will help me succeed at my career at a faster pace. So, you have two benefits. You are getting a skill needed for the GMAT and you're using this skill later on in life. Well.. yes, I have a degree, but when you start answering RC questions, you feel like you need to know how to comprehend the passage in an effective and efficient way. And this I got from E-GMAT Verbal Prep!

The course is organized and it has all subject matters tested on the GMAT as the other courses. But the fact that E-GMAT has the course structured on short modules and summaries at the end each modules, makes it truly easier for your to study. And it is convenient when you are reviewing topics. I love their explanations because the modules explanations have holistic approach explanations. This is beneficial to all students since we all learn in different ways.

You will be amazed when you start doing SC questions as per E-GMAT 3 steps. Oh boy, you wouldn't think understanding the meaning is so crucial and maybe by finding splits on sentences will get you to answer the question. I have not thought of a sentence the way I think of it now. When I read, I can visualize the parts of a sentence and understand the roles of each part. It s feels like if I have total control of the sentence and no matter what correct structure the GMAT test throws at me, I can analyze the correctness of the questions in light of my understanding of the sentence and the structure of the sentence.

There is a lot to say, but I need to say one last thing. I don't know if there are many students out there who expect their teachers to care about them truly learning, but E-GMAT has done a pretty good job in showing they care about you getting the concept well and going to the root of the problem. The course content is detailed and good for mainly for Non- Native speakers,
Quant: Content is very good, and best part is practice after every topic where you can know whether you understand the specified topic or not.

Verbal : Content starts from very basic where non-native speaker benefits most. I never thought RC and CR is very easy for me.But, e-gmat provide me very good detailed concept how to approach and how to analyse .

I am getting score improvement of 100 points as of now . But , i am looking for 700+ score . I need to work very hard to get that score . But, i am very happy that e-gmat provides
