They have a specially designed website which helped me navigate to the desired topics. They had a clear study plan outlined for me with chapters broken up into groups. A small test at the beginning and at the end helped me to measure my understanding level of that particular topic. The Scholaranium has around 700 questions in verbal and more than 1000 questions in quants. These questions are a mix of all difficulties, solving these helped me manage my time accordingly. My preparation for GMAT started around April of 2017 and I have been practicing on and off for more than a few months. I mostly studied from the resources available in the internet and OG. My practice lacked momentum, and I lacked motivation. Preparing for GMAT became more of a hobby rather than an active goal. In December, I realized that I do not want to take the GMAT without assistance of any Prep company. I was enrolled with GMAT Club and the I signed in to one of the free sessions on SC and Number Properties by e-GMAT. The methodical approach struck a chord with me, and I purchased the Verbal+Quant online course. Needless to say, the e-gmat Verbal is top notch and has helped innumerable students achieve their verbal score. The best quality of e-gmat is that it motivates the students to have the faith in their approach, follow the process, and know their takt time. Master comprehension is a piece of gold, and reading slowly with 100% comprehension is the single best advice for conquering GMAT verbal section.
Not a lot is discussed about e-gmat quant course. e-gmat quant online course was the only course that I used for GMAT preparation (apart from OGs), and boy it helped me score 49 with minimum preparation. From an engineering background, I did not have a lot of difficulty in the Quant Section and I devoted a vast majority of my time to the Verbal section. Having said that, there were a quite a few concepts that I was not good at, and e-gmat quant course helped me tremendously with those concepts. I absolutely dreaded Algebra (inequations and absolute equations), and I was also not very comfortable with the rules of Number Properties and Coordinate Geometry. The first great think about EGMAT is the structure of the course. Every lesson is followed by a quizz that helps you build a solid ground from which to improve later. Then I teaches you how to reduce problems in a way that its relative easy to apply the knowledge from the classes.
The course teaches you very well how to attack problems in a structured maner. It has lots of practice with different levels of dificulty and they really put a lot of effort to explain the solution. Also the schoalarium platform has a practical diagnostic board that lets you see the topics in which you are good at or those where more practice is needed.

I took GMAT on 1st JAN 2018 and scored 700.What was most satisfying in the score report was verbal score of 37. I understand that V37 is not a great score, however improving from V17 (in my first mock test) to V37 is a refreshing change. After initially failing to increase my verbal score despite referring to multiple resources, i turned to E-GMAT verbal online course and that decision made a big difference .

The videos are extremely helpful : 1. The videos help understand the concept in terms of what we are trying to achieve as we look at every question 2. Prethinking required 3. How we eliminate all the incorrect options.

The RC videos are the most helpful as they go beyond what the books can teach. I tried Manhattan and Kaplan for my first attempt but this course helps internalise all the concepts. As you practise different questions in the scholaranium (question bank with tonnes of good questions), they become inherent in your application.

I took my first GMAT in March 2016 and scored a 660 (Q49, V31). Since I am a non-native speaker, verbal was/is my weakest point. However, I had some changes in my career, so until the end of 2017 I did not start a new GMAT preparation. When I started considering taking the GMAT again, I decided to devise a good preparation plan first with an emphasis on Verbal part. My next GMAT is scheduled for beg of July 2018, and I will share my experience with the test afterwards.
For my 1st preparation which took ~3 months, I used only Manhattan SC, CR, and RC; and OG resources. This time I decided to change my strategy and I was reviewing different courses to understand which one would give me the best possible outcome. In the end, I decided to take E-GMAT VERBAL ONLINE, since it had very good overviews and it also provided an access to GMATCLUB tests. The price was also very reasonable to me.
After having used the course for ~6 months of interrupted preparation (due to job schedule) here is what I can say about the course:
- SC is really brilliant. I firmly believe that this is the single resource you need to master your SC. I became very confident with SC after about 2 months devoting my time only to this part of the course.
- CR and RC are also great. Every type of question is taught in a very structured and logical approach. First, the structure of an argument is explained, so that you can quickly segregate it into premises and conclusion parts. After that, for each type of question you are presented with a right approach to solve such type.
- What makes the course really strong is its structure in presenting the materials. All concepts are followed by quizzes and OG questions, and such approach makes you learn the concept very deeply both in terms of theory and immediate practice. You don’t need to create any plan as to how to approach the materials – you just follow the schedule step-by-step to cover all concepts.
- The course is abundant with very hard questions, especially in CR. I believe it is very useful to solve questions of hard level in order to feel comfortable in the test setting. The Scholaranium section provides a very high quality questions bank.
Overall, if you are searching for a single resource for Verbal part, I can say that e-gmat is a great choice and it worth every dollar of the price.

Last year, I took GMAT and got 550 points but I need higher scores in both parts, quant and verbal. Therefore, I searched the online courses in the internet and found some interesting courses. After I tried those courses in free trial, I decided to subscribed e-gmat and it is worth trying.

My favorite part in E-GMAT is its new platform . It is very convenient and friendly-user because it is easy to track what you have learned. It tells how much time you have spend on each sections and after study in each sections, there are some applications, which are in gmat-like style to test whether you totally understand the lessons and apply to gmat or not.
In addition, E-GMAT provides a very strong concept of each parts from the foundation to advanced level. Before I took the courses, I lacked some basic concepts and made me miss some points on the tricky questions. This course enables me to close this gap and to get the higher scores.

“How much time is required to prepare for GMAT”. with this question in mind I started my preparation for GMAT. I asked friends and they told me just one Month maximum is required that too if you are weak in English. I took their suggestion and started with MGMAT Sentence Correction, I tried to assimilate the jargons of English grammar. Then I gave MGMAT mocks and did not do well in the exam. I found that although I knew the rules of grammar , I was clueless about the applying it on the question. About CR and RC, I was totally clueless and all options seems to be correct for me. Then one of my friend recommended me to go through the free session of E-Gmat. I studied all the free session of verbal, and really liked their methodlogy of teaching. I, then enrolled for the verbal online e-gmat course. I liked the course because firstly it was in audio visual form, which makes my mind fully occupied, and Secondly course has quizzes after each concepts. Moreover, this course taught me to breakdown the sentence in to parts and then identify the errors . This approach initially took took time but then with practice it got internalized. Few of the concepts of modifier such as Verb-ing , Verb-ed modifier and Noun + Noun modifier are clearly explained in this course. I cemented my most of the concepts of grammar through this course.
Coming to the RC and CR, this course taught me “How to approach each type of CR and RC questions and how to eliminate each answer”. I learnt the reading strategy and which helped me to improve my comprehensions of passage.

I subscribed to E-gmat Verbal online course and I must say that it was totally worth every penny.
I was not good at the verbal section. I attended the free SC and RC sessions by e-GMAT and did not think twice to order the Verbal course, since verbal was my pain area. And as per the plan suggested in e-GMAT, I started with SC.
