I found egmat's verbal program to be very effective and hence I signed up for their quant course too. As expected, the quant program was just as good.
1. It exposes you to a huge variety of good questions (some much tougher than the GMAT). In the process, you develop the confidence to crack anything.
2. The questions are solved in a very structured manner. The concepts are explained well in a detailed fashion. There are self-assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses followed by the course, concepts, and multiple quizzes.
3. It comes with a detailed timetable. Hence it makes one very focused throughout the process of preparation. It helps to stay in control.
4. Like the verbal course, the learning is very visual and engaging and hence retaining the concept in memory also becomes easy.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
This is the best course available on the internet for several reasons:
1. It is super structured - makes learning really smooth and systematic for someone who cannot attend classes.
2. It comes with a detailed timetable. Hence it makes one very focused throughout the process of preparation.
3. THE CONTENT AND MANNER OF TEACHING ARE BRILLIANT! The approach is very scientific and methodical. The concepts works well when you master it. You can see your scores and accuracy rates improving immediately after you get a hang of the concepts taught.
4. The learning is very visual and engaging and hence retaining the concept in memory also becomes easy.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
The course is very well structured. You see your progresses, have intermediate questions to see if you have absorbed what you have studied, and also has every section organised by topic so that you can easily access the resource you are looking for.
It certainly requires concentration and planning, but it's full of resources that will certainly help you score a better score.
My advice is to start as soon as possible and to follow the structure as much as you can. If you fell comfortable with a certain topic, then it makes to skip some section but be sure you are not missing details that can help you save a lot of time during the exam.
I joined egmat for their course after a recommendation for Verbal for nannatives esp SC. The level of difficulty of the SC question is notch higher than GMAT. The approach taught and pratice has helped me to avoid most of my mistakes. I feel much relieved after practicing and applying strategies from the live prep sessions. Now, I am getting confidence in my SC, CR section with their sessions. I would recommend it for all who have verbal issues especially with SC. CR and RC is also very good. And practice from the sessions helps gain mastery over the topic. I am very happy with my choice.
I joined egmat for their course after a recommendation for Quant esp DS. The level of difficulty of the quant question is notch higher than GMAT. The approach taught and pratice has helped me to avoid all my silly mistakes. I feel much relieved after practicing and applying strategies from the live prep sessions. Now, I am getting confidence in my DS section with their sessions. I would recommend it for all who have quant issues especially with DS. PS is also very good. And practice from the sessions helps gain mastery over the topic. I am very happy with my choice.
I stumbled upon the e-GMAT course in Sep'15. Being a non-native myself, I was intrigued by how a GMAT course could be designed to cater to the non-native speaker . I then proceeded to watch a webinar conducted by Rajat which was simple in tone yet insightful. There I knew I'd found what I’d been looking for .
I immediately enrolled in their flagship Verbal Live Prep course, needless to say, I was enamored with the course architecture and fascinated with the ease with which I could navigate the course platform. Each section is broken up by concept into sub-modules, each containing a mixture of quizzes and video lessons; all this in addition to the live webinars conducted by the e-GMAT faculty. The course content is lucid, exhaustive and is designed to enhance the conceptual understanding required to tackle GMAT questions. The faculty at e-GMAT is experienced and incredibly adept at explaining concepts and necessary to have a solid foundation- a firm grasp of the building blocks sets the tone for your progress over the duration of the course, and most notably your ability to solve the tougher (read ‘700-level’) problems on the GMAT.
Prior to starting the course I’d thought that CR was a beast that couldn’t be tamed, but as I watched along through the CR video lessons and attended live sessions conducted by Krishna Chaitanya I realized how easy to understand CR really was. e-GMAT deserves extra plaudits for coming up with the ‘Pre-thinking’ strategy for solving CR problems. It helped me answer CR questions, which I once absolutely dreaded, with new-found confidence and, dare I say it, like the section altogether.
I’d like to conclude my de-brief by saying a word about the fantastic quizzing platform that is e-GMAT’s ‘Scholaranium’. It’s a tool that I absolutely lived by during my preparation for the GMAT. It’s essentially a compendium of quizzes and statistical data indicating your areas of strength and weakness. It’s a treasure trove that’d better enable you to work on you weaknesses than would otherwise be possible and strategize your preparation for reaching your dream score. I’d totally recommend e-GMAT to someone who’s planning to take the GMAT.
This is one of the good courses e-gmat offers specially for those who faces issues with the basics in Quants. Basics are really important as it helps in identifying the problem and what it surrounds (specially in word problems section and other advanced topics like probability and permutations and combinations etc) and this course will start from the very start, it doesn't take the student for granted that you must know anything before joining this. The course structure is very organised which helps in building the concept gradually. After every topic, there is a test which tests your concepts and its really a confidence booster to see yourself solving the answers correctly provided you follow the strategy taught. This is a good course and definitely worth trying for those who face issues with quants. all the best!
I'm an English native - but my foundation isn't fantastic, so my weakness is that I always to tend lean towards sentences that makes sense in my mind rather than following the proper English grammar process. So it is not a shocker when I didn't score well but it was more of frustration as I didn't know the process and there are so many things to learn!
If you experience any of the above, I would recommend verbal e-gmat. They made me understand every single process with easy to process content and videos. It was a breeze to go through the content and now I am more confident with my verbal section.

I was disappointed after my first attempt in GMAT. After researching a lot of options - i finally trusted e-GMAT with my preparation needs. My decision was based on a number of positive reviews of the course and the free demo sessions offered by e-GMAT. I had no clue how to approach SC, I was poor in RC and i was just average in CR. e-GMAT course taught me a systematic way to focus on the meaning aspect of things and also the pre-thinking part. These 2 little tricks went a long way and were very helpful in the process. Scholarium was of great help to assess the performance. Krishna and all the other faculties were superb and the live sessions were very helpful. Last but not the least - i still feel i could have crossed the 40 mark with a little more focus (that is the type of confidence e-GMAT gives you!). The live class curriculum also 'forced' me to be on schedule ;). I'll also write a more detailed review on my preparation effort(watch out for that ;)) but i just want to let all of you know that crossing the 700 barrier would have been difficult without the e-GMAT curriculum, Thank you e-GMAT!!
Egmat has helped me clear the basics with very much efficacy through its tutorials and has tons of problems to practice.
Practice questions after each tutorial are very helpful to apply the concepts learnt right then and helps to get a clarity on the application aspect. The topics are exhaustively covered .The strategies are very well explained which help in saving a lot of time on the Gmat .The scholaranium practice tests and reports regarding results present a clear analysis of the weak areas and scope of improvement which definitely helps the test taker to work on the weak areas and consequently improve .
Really good course on sentence correction.
