Caroline gave me the perspective and advice I needed. Despite being a somewhat unconventional candidate, I went all in on INSEAD round 3 and didn't apply for any other schools. I also didn't have MBA colleagues who could tell me what was expected, so I really needed the inside view from Caroline on how my essays would be taken, and which aspects of my profile were more important to highlight. Ultimately I was admitted and Caroline was really great to work with; as was her colleague Matt Symonds who also gave me really helpful advice.
