Before consulting Square One Prep, when I tried to write my resume and essays I had trouble pin-pointing the achievements and anecdotes that would best capture my professional and personal story. I knew my resume had to be focused toward the Adcom audience. I knew my essays needed to resonate with that audience. The problem was that I didn't know that audience, what mattered to them.
