Strengths:

1. The process is smooth, fast and the consulting team is very pro-active.
2. The process starts with a questionnaire document which is very comprehensive and detailed. It allowed me to reflect on my past experiences, future goals and my extra-curricular activities. The questionnaire will cover all kinds of possible questions that can be asked in your school application or even in the interview. This document became my kernel of truth for the entire application process.

Would make the product better:

The interview preparation process can be better. In my experience, the actual MBA interviews were very different from the ones I prepared. Most of my interviews were more detailed, profile-specific and conversational and not a set of 4-5 typical questions. But it may be differ for everyone else.

Overall my experience was really good and I am very grateful to the Experts Global team with all the help during the application process and for their swift responses to each of my queries. The process is very structured and detailed so one won't feel lost during the whole process.
As compared to other consulting services, I found Experts Global to be value for the money.
I would like to iterate that a consulting service can play an important part in your application journey and they can help you in narrowing down one's thoughts and ideas but the real work has to be done by the applicant.
