Program Fisher Part Time MBA

Class of 2020

Experience during the program

I haven't started the program. The program is good for operations and Supply chain. The alumni network is good around int he Ohio area, but I am not surely how well it can help you if you are looking for a job in NY or California. Future applicants need to consider their target areas and also consider the location of this school. As far as international applicants are concerned, some of the h1b visa sponsoring companies in Columbus are JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Insurance, Limited brands, Ernst and Young, Alliance data, Mettler Toledo and Cardinal health. There is a new Amazon distribution center that came up recently in the outskirt of Columbus.

Program Full Time MBA

Class of 2016

Experience during the program

If you're desperately seeking a post-MBA career in Operations (General Management), Supply Chain or Consulting at the Big 4 firms, Fisher is a good choice for you in the midwest. Small class size, tightly knit community, research backed and practically rigorous curriculum set Fisher apart from other B-schools in the US. Decently good opportunities in Marketing and Finance for domestic candidates, less so for internationals.
A huge alumni network not just of the college but THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY informs your career search efforts. My efforts to transition from technology to finance were fulfilled by the institution matching very closely with my needs and expectations. I'd suggest future applicants to research the school before applying and consider Fisher if you're targeting Operations, SCM, Consulting or Marketing (domestic candidates).
