I found these tests to be really helpful especially the math questions. They are very representative of the real questions and the score. My math tests averaged to 49 to 50 and I actually got a 49 on the real test. Verbal is pretty good too but I think they can do a better job at explanations. I don't find the explanations as helpful. I also used Magoosh and Manhattan and found that gmat clubs math questions are the most helpful when it comes to the actual exam. I wish they change up the verbal questions more often though because after three months of practicing I begin to reconize a lot of the same questions
I believe that the GMAT club tests are reflective of the level of an individual's preparation. Although at times the GMATClub tests can give you a few 500 level questions in a row irrespective of your performance up until that point, the overall test scores seem accurate.
The GmatClub tests have a good mix of a variety of questions and writing these tests will help you assess your strengths and weaknesses better.
I do feel that a few of the English questions could be explained in greater detail, though most of the explanations are correct and to the point.
Overall the Maths tests are amazing and the English tests are good. I strongly recommend writing the GMATClub tests before appearing for the main exam.
Good luck :)
Hello All,
I would like to brief about my experience of using Gmat club tests, specially quants.
These are an amazing set of CATs one has access to. It goes beyond what other tests offer even gmat prep quants.
It has questions with those subtle variation in meaning one can easily miss. Bunel is a great Math expert. His solutions always make me wonder how a question can be solved in such a brilliant way.I personally felt a great difference when I practiced those. Initially it will be tough but as you pick up you will start scoring in 48-49 .Personally, these tests are an asset to people targetting Q49+.
For verbal, it has some really difficult SC questions which you should solve only during latter part of your preparation.
One biggest advantage that the Gmat club tests offer is that they ahve the same look and feel of gmat prep and official gmat. It makes you used to the UI and you get more confident in the process.
I love these tests and I am gonna stick to gmatclub forever !
Because I was scoring high quant score on the official Mock exams I decided not take quant test. But my verbal is not that strong, I choose to take Verbal CATs. However, these verbal CATs are very hard and dubious answer choices. I think those Verbal CATs need very serious polishing. I have read some very positive reviews about gmatclub tests' quant CATs and people were saying in their reviews that verbal CATs are very poorly made. Initially, I did not believe them. Unfortunately, they were right. Verbal tests are very bad and unmotivating. If you thinking about buying those test, do not buy it for verbal test, but for quant tests only.
First of all, I would like to thank you for the the pretty good platform you offer. I found GMAT club quant questions the most similar to those questions you see on the GMAT exam.
However, I think you could improve some points:
1. It's not possible to review a list of questions you that you have previously settled the filter without go back to the entire list. The simpler way would be move forward from one question to another (in the filtered list) without to go back to the entire list.
2. Once you repeat the question, the question will count more than one time on your performance and also on the question analysis. I think it would be simpler if those questions tried more than one time remained only one time, the last one.
3. Verbal Session could have a greater bank of questions.
Thank you,
Fabiana
The quality of questions in the question bank and the explanation is very high and helps to prepare in the right direction. It also helps you to evaluate your performance.
The interface also reflects the real exam's one. I would recommend GMAT club tests to everyone who has reached a saturation level and is looking for a jump in the score.
Tests have an impressive collection of questions with detailed solutions. Quant questions are much harder than those on an actual GMAT. Explanations are really nice and helpful as they show shortcuts that help to solve the problems much faster later on.
I have heard a lot about GMATClub Tests and after attempting them really feels awesome. The questions difficulty level is similar to that of the real GMAT. good for practicing and improving speed. good job. kudos. This time I am planning to attempt only gmat club tests before the final gmat. the interface is also similar to the actual gmat. so it feels i am giving actual paper itself. also practice mode is awesome. importing to excel and pdf options are awesome. the quality of questions is also good we can learn a lot from them. thanks for making such wonderful tests
Hi Everyone,
GMAT club tests did a good job for improving my quant test taking ability. It resulted in a jump of 6 points on the real GMAT. The quality of questions in the question bank and the explanation is very high and helps to prepare in the right direction.
The interface also reflects the real exam's one. I was able to convert my weaker areas into my strength courtesy the logical and most concise approach of explanations. I would recommend GMAT club tests to everyone who has reached a saturation level and is looking for a jump in the score.
Thanks

Test analysis is very helpful to reveal weaknesses and to concentrate on improving them.
CATs are quite accurate in predicting score on the real test:
my timed CAT scores were 48-50 and my score on a real test was 49.
Overall, GMAT Club tests worth every penny and will be very helpful to everyone who aims to get 49+ on a real exam.
- Scoring pattern seems to be flawed. It takes into account the questions which we answer after the 75 minute deadline in the study mode. For example, score from case 1 will be lower than case 2 in these tests which will not be trues in actual exam
Case 1: 37 questions (21 correct and 16 incorrect) in 75 minutes
Case 2: 31 questions (15 correct and 16 incorrect) and if I correctly mark the remaining 6 questions which I was not able to do in 75 minute deadline
- I would love to learn about the rationale for having 3x quant tests compared to verbal. It will be great to have more verbal tests in the compendium
