Gmat Club tests review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I extensively used GMAT club tests during my last attempt. I was able to improve my overall score from 520 to 710 (quant from 44 to 48 and verbal from 20 to 40). I found the Quant portion of the tests very useful. I could see similar questions in the actual exam as that of GMAT club tests. Performance analytics module helped me highlight and understand my weak areas, which otherwise, I was finding difficult to pinpoint. The verbal part of the GMAT club tests is not very much aligned with actual GMAT. There are many discrepancies in the scoring algorithm as well. The overall difficulty level is bit on the higher side compared to actual GMAT, which I think is a good part of the tests.

GMAT Club Tests - Amazing for Quant, Decent for Verbal

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I got access to GMAT Club Tests for a week and started with the first Quant test because I had heard a lot about it. And it really lived to my expectation as the questions were challenging enough to make me struggle at some points. The best part is the amount of 700-level questions I got back to back, which really kept me on my nerves.

Then I tried to see if the level of verbal was the same, but was a little disappointed there, not because of the questions but because of the scoring. I later read somewhere that this strict scoring is deliberate by the team to compensate for the level of questions. And the best part is that GMAT Club gives you an estimated GMAT score based on your performance in the last test in each section.

However, while reviewing the answers, there were quite a few places which were not very clear and were a little annoying as an aspirant.

I will recommend this test to someone who is really looking to solve some amazing and difficult questions, but not so much to gauge your level based on the score because of the difficulty of questions, difficulty of scoring, and non-satisfactory explanation in some instances.

Guys, quantitative questions are real gems. The quality is close to the GMAT Prep Tests; the level of the questions is a bit higher than the GMAT Prep Tests. For those who target Q50 or above, Gmat Club Tests are the best in terms of a benefit/price ratio. I do not solve any verbal questions unless it is an official GMAT question because, I believe, composing a GMAT-like verbal question is challenging and hard to achieve. GMAT verbal has very unique question styles. So, my 5 stars rate is only for the quant. Good luck to all Gmat Club family members.

My review on GMAT Club Tests

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

I used the GMAT Club Tests in the last two weeks of my preparation. I used CATs to do timed practise of sectional tests, especially Quant. This really helped me in understanding quick approaches to solve out of the box type questions in the Quant section. Further, I found the tests to be helpful to understand a wide variety of questions that are generally asked on the actual test. GMAT Club has a lot of resources available to practise a certain type of question that you can't crack and it offers easy, innovative ways to approach the question. I would definitely recommend GMAT Club Tests for anyone who is looking to amp up their preparation in Quant.

Challenging Tests

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by post count [?]

Hello all

I am happy to share this review with you all. I have been practising GMAT Club Quant test, my accuracy is consistently going up. I noticed a lot of difference in my approach, question set in each test is a whole new bundle and like my review titles- They are extremely challenging, forces you to think beyond and thats the beauty. I have been recommended by many successful test takers to practice this, and so far I’m extremely satisfied. I’m

I definitely recommend the QUANT test for all 700+ aimers. Haven’t tried Verbal yet, will post the review once I’m through it.

GMAT CLUB TESTS Review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

I have subscribed for GMAT CLUB Tests and have been using them for last 6 months. They are of High standard and quality. They resemble actual GMAT tests. They provide good solution for each and every question we took in the test. The tests provide you good confidence and analysis on areas we need to improve by section wise and more profoundly by topic wise.
But there are some limitations on these tests.
Those are :
1. we are given access to Quizzes also for additional practice,But these Quizzes and Tests share same questions i.e Questions we get in Quizzes and Tests are same. So,if We take more quizzes on particular topic in any section Quant/verbal,our actual number of Tests(allocated in particular section ) will come down.
Ex:For non-Native English speakers ,they work more on verbal Quiz questions and need to take more verbal Tests. But number of verbal tests are very few and these Tests will reduce if they practice more verbal topics in Quizzes.
2.In GMAT CLUB TESTS,Unlike Actual GMAT Test,Difficulty level is not either increasing or Decreasing ,The difficult questions we are getting are of random.

I hope GMAT club works on above limitations and improves further.

Thank you!!!!!!!!

Gmat club Test_Great for Quant

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

GMAT Club Quant tests are great. Everyone should give it a try. Quant questions are little bit harder that the real one. But explanations are great. it will be very very helpful for the test takers. You can track your preparation and see your progress with every test, using dashboard, it helps you to identify your week areas , which need improvement.Quality of questions are really good and closely match with actual GMAT question types
Verbal tests are not up to the mark.Need some improvement for the verbal test part I guess. For verbal I am using official materials only.

Best test series to push your quant score up!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I purchased a course and got a complimentary access to GMATCLUB tests. I read a lot of reviews before and one thing that was common in all the reviews that these tests help you push your score above 700 mark.

The questions in the test series are amazing. Most of them require you to push your thinking. The questions are definitely not easy and focus on application of concepts. Great tool for practice.

However don't get demotivated with the scores you achieve. You can easily expect a 4-5 point raise in the actual exam. I scored Q44 in the last few attempts of the GMATCLUB tests and ended up scoring a Q49. To anyone out there looking for 700 plus score in quant, these should be your go-to tests!

Gmatclub tests - Quant

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I appeared for GMAT and scored 48 in Quant (less than my expectation). Then I registered for Quant CATs on Gmatclub for Exam practice and also to figure out whether are there specific topics which I need to study. The CATs here are really good, covering all different topics that GMAT tests. It is a great compilation of questions and saves a lot of time and energy, which otherwise would have been wasted if had gone through forums for questions. The level of difficulty is also good for someone who aims to score in the range of 49-51. The solutions provided helped a lot in modifying my approach for DS. It helped me in realizing the mistakes I made on the exam day and now I can adopt better time-management strategy for a better score.

GMAT club tests review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

GMAT club test series is a amazing tool to hone your skills and fine tune your strategy.I have specially liked the quiz section. Here we can customise the questions based on the area of weakness and focus on the same. This also has feature of selecting problems based on the difficulty.which is quite useful in building strength on unfamiliar topics.

I felt GMAT club tests Maths section is on the tougher side, but the problems quality is high.

I also liked the practice mode ( untimed) option and exam mode (timed) option while taking tests. I used practice mode for first few tests and exam mode later on.

Discussion and explanation were quite satisfactory and helped strengthen my core concepts.
