Hi Guys,
I enrolled for GMAT Club Test series recently and here is my review for the same.
Full Length Tests
Sectional Tests - Quant (25), Verbal (9)
The overall quality of the test series is really good, specially quants. Though I felt that there were more 700+ questions than sub600 and 600-700, but again it prepares you for better.
Verbal questions and progression was really good. I actually felt it to be an adaptive one.
One point here is that I felt the scoring to be on lower side. Even after getting 9 questions incorrect I landed up at a V33, while in official mock generally its around V37-38. But other than that the tests are well recommended to everyone who are looking to boost their sectional skills.
I got complimentary access to GMAT club tests along with the purchase of e-GMAT course.
I strongly recommend the tests for quant, they are very similar to the real stuff only slightly tougher.
If you can crack a Q45+ on the GMAT club tests you should be able to crack a Q48+ on the real thing.
The other great thing is that you don't need to maintain an error log and the analytics/dashboards provide in depth analysis.
I have given it a rating of 4/5 because of the Verbal not being at par with the Quant but still better than a lot of other tests out there.
I would highly recommend that you add this to your list of studying material.
The logic in the quant questions is amazing and are well explained in the key of each question. The algorithm and the filters are amazing to create even small 5qsn quizzes when you don’t have time. Verbal needs a lot of polish. Not satisfied with the verbal at all. Some options have the same data as the other. Which takes every thing wrong for the algorithm. But quant is speechless. This test series is totally worth it for quant alone. You can see the simple yet highly logical solutions for the toughest of quant questions. A one stop solution for 700+ quant prep.
GMAT Club tests are very adaptive. Its questions are giving me the sense of a real exam. By attempting these tests, I understood my weaknesses and strengths. Its reviews are totally amazing. GMAT club tests cover almost all the question types which will appear in the real GMAT test. Its appearance is really amazing. By completing these tests, one will get easily the flavor of the real test. This test will remove the fear about the real GMAT test. Its analytics is very helpful for the students. After completing these tests, I got all the necessary analytics which boosted up my confidence. I always prefer GMAT club tests. I advise other potential students to must take these tests if want to achieve an extraordinary score in the real test.
I had the opportunity to use these tests to prepare for the GMAT for nearly 2 months. I decided to use them only once I reached at least a steady 47 in mock tests and 95%+ accuracy at 500lv questions and 85% at 600. At this point they are extremely useful in order to pinpoint new excellent and most importantly efficient strategies to solve some 600 and many 700 lv questions. It's also important to understand that these questions do not represent in an effective way the official questions. However, as mentioned before, they help you to think out of the box for the most challenging questions. I highly recommend this product to people who aim for at least Q49. Before the test I scored 49 and 50 using the official MOCKs and 49 many times using these Tests and I finally got 49 but very easily. In general do not rely to much on the score these tests provide but on the experience and strategies you can extract from them.
I took couple of GMATCLUB quant tests only to find out that I am scoring bit lower than usual average. Although this bothered me initially but later I realized how useful these tests are. It brushed up all my concepts, I became more confident.
It prepares you with all the types of questions one could possibly ask for, which eventually prepares you for the D-day.
Moreover, You can use the gmatclub tests for free on Holiday & by subscribing to their Youtube channel. You can also redeem your points to subscribe the gmatclub tests.
Overall it is one of the best product out their in the market for virtually free of cost/ Little cost.
Hi All, I want to begin first of all by thanking the GMAT Club team, to create the amazing question bank for CAT's. Although the questions seems harder than the official mock test, but I think that is the beauty of it, as it prepares you well for the original thing. All the 700 questions are fullflilling and have lot of learning embeded into them. Going through atleast 9-10 test as of yet, has honed me to be alert all the time, so as to prevent any careless mistakes. I highly recommend everyone preparing for the tests to get a subscription for these. One can earn points on gmat club, and then redeem those points to get a subscription.
GMAT Club tests are pretty amazing. So much work and effort would have been put in when creating this "question bank".
Both the quantity and quality of the questions are amazing.
On top of that, the filters and analytics are simply too good.
And the in-depth answer explanations are also these - by none other than the GMAT Club experts for nearly ~95% of the problems.
If you are looking to increase your score in Quant, and especially targeting Q50 or Q51, GMAT Club Tests is a must-have product.
The best thing to happen to GMAT Quant, ever.
Glad I bought !
GMAT Club tests are a must in GMAT prep I would say.
The quant questions are well crafted and at the core have concepts with tricky situations - The same as GMAT. The explanations are well written and easily understandable. Verbal tests have really helped me in my prep for GMAT verbal - the difficulty level, the explanations are all superb.
A plethora of questions with the customizable quiz option is a bonus. You can take timed quizzes - topic-wise, difficulty wise and test out learned concepts. I found this feature very helpful while learning concepts and solidifying them with practice. Overall a great product!
I got the access free along with one of the courses I purchased. Even though I couldn't use it a lot, it was really helpful. I took around 5-6 tests in total. I love that it is such a smart idea. The interface could be improved a little, but it's great overall. For people who are confident about their prep and are looking for some high quality questions, GMAT club tests are reliable and have amazing explanations. Unlike other tests where we get 1/2 methods to solve a problem, here, you can learn many :D Thanks to the GMAT club team for the amazing and affordable product
