The questions in the actual GMAT exam are equivalent to the questions in GMAT Club tests. Moreover, the sequence of the difficult questions I noticed was same in the actual exam.
If you are scoring Q50 in GMAT Club Tests then you are ready for the Quant section of actual exam.
The verbal section scores in GMAT Club Tests are also accurate representation of one's preparedness and score that one get in actual exam.
The overall score one gets in GMAT Club Tests can be safely used to gauge the actual score one can get. Additionally, the vast pool of questions that are accessible along with GMAT Club Full length tests are useful to prepare for the sections that you identify as weak.

GMAT Club tests are the closest one can get towards stimulating a real GMAT-like exam. They are available to try out for free during some special days or you can also redeem your GMAT Club points and unlock a 3 months subscription, like I did.
The question bank is enormous (talk about 25+ full exams), supremely challenging (enough to humble the mightiest math whiz), and always presents something new to learn (a trick, a concept, an interesting unseen variation of a common problem type)
I had a fun time taking these tests. The key here is to come with an open mind, enjoy the process, always look to upskill yourself, and not bother about the scores. The test interface is very friendly and the best part is that BB personally oversees these tests and takes great efforts to ensure a smooth experience for all.

I was fairly good at quant since my school days. However, after preparing for a few months and completing the OG questions, I observed in the GMAT official mock test results that my scores in quant are varying. I got Q42 and Q49 which was a huge difference and my Manhattan mock scores were also in Q39-Q41 range. I reviewed the mocks and found that I am doing silly mistakes and falling into traps set by the questions. The questions were neither difficult nor lengthy, but there were some minor details which if missed will make the test taker fall into trap and the trap answer was always in the options.
I heard a lot in the forum about the GMAT Club quant tests and gave it a shot. They were definitely tougher, but after every test I used to make observations regarding which traps I fell into and used to make a note of them and try to avoid them in next test. The questions written were actually similar to the real thing especially the traps and the language. After giving 10+ tests , I was much better at finding the trap and ensured that I understand every detail of the question to avoid any silly mistakes. I never scored more than Q47 on the GMAT Club tests but consistently got Q49 in the last few official mocks and also got the same on the real exam. The tests really train you well to avoid silly mistakes, and nothing is more frustrating than finding out that you know the concept/formula, but got the wrong answer due to some silly mistake.
Also, the statistics and topic wise data of where I was doing well and where needed improvement also helped a lot. The answer explanations were satisfactory as well. The user interface was also very similar to the real test.
Regarding the verbal, I only used them to build my stamina and didn't took the score seriously ( was usually getting V32-V35 range) as most experts here suggested that for verbal the official questions and mocks are the only real indicators. Hence, I can't comment much on this section as I didn't explore it enough to make a fair judgement. However, I can definitely say that the quant tests played a huge part to improve my quant accuracy and were a great resource for practice.
The best tests on the market,GMATClub quant tests helped me go from Q36 to Q49.They are conceptual and make you think out of the box. Here's how I used them:
1.Take a test under timed conditions.Answer like you would on exam day,if you see a question that you cant solve in max 3 min then guess
2.After the test, spend the next 1.5 hrs reviewing your answers.
3.Create a collection and add your wrong answers to it
4.Do the above 4 days a week.On the 5th day, solve all the questions from your wrong answer collection
5.If you still get it wrong, then bookmark it.Revise your bookmarked questions weekly.
I took the GMAT Club tests subscription for three months with the Forum Quiz.
The Quant and VA computer adaptive tests are one of the best available, from the level and depth of questions to the results analysis. Though I would recommend going for the forum quiz first as you prepare - it will help understand your current level and by filtering out the questions based on topic, type and difficulty, you can work on the problem areas. I used this when i decided to retake the gmat, to practice and work on my areas for improvement.
Supplementing this with the CAT every alternate day, I was able to track my progress
GMAT club tests have got a good number of quant questions which may help you in achieving your target score.
I felt that they could've added a couple of more verbal CATs, because in comparison to the number of quant CATs, number of verbal CATs are way too low.
Coming to the quality, Quant CATs are as brutal as one can get. Be ready for a tons of hard hitting questions, which at times may make you tensed.
I don't know how they structured the Verbal CAT algorithm, even after a stretch of 5-7 correct answers, you still don't get a difficult question. I've observed this while reviewing my performance. I don't think it is so close to original GMAT, but it is definitely good enough to test the depths of your fundamentals.
On an overall, I'd give 3/5 for GMAT club tests.
Highly recommend GMAT Club Tests. Got mine together with one of the test packages. It has more quant practices than verbal practices and is definitely useful for students targeting to get Q51. Definitely, do more timed practices before the actual GMAT exam and there should be a positive effect on overall score. Do look out for their occasional promotions to get the GMAT Club Tests at a discount. Also, do consider the GMAT Forum Quiz which is highly useful in giving additional test practice in a structure manner. If possible, buy the total GMAT package from GMAT Club to enjoy all the benefits GMAT Club has to offer.
gmat club tests are great to test quant, little on the tougher side though, but helps to build the stamina for the real thing. Most importantly, it will test you on your fundamentals and remind you of basics. wrt verbal part, it is way off for me. the question stems have poor reasoning - and can be confusing. This is very good feel how the real online GMAT exam would look like, including the whiteboard, calculator, complexity and algorithm. Other Exam prep companies cannot match at least the algorithm used by GMAC. Take it starting from 1 month before the actual GMAT

Even amongst the Medium and Low difficulty level questions, selection of the correct option becomes tricky post easy elimination of 2 to 3 incorrect options. Take my word, they are by far the best quant tests you will find in the market. This is absolutely essential for a GMAT taker to try these tests to get a feel of how you may feel on D-DAY. On the real GMAT, your journey will not be smooth. You will definitely encounter questions you've never even seen before, you won't even understand what topic is it from, and at that point, you will have to brainstorm and that too timely. The feeling of brainstorming during the test is very important to be felt beforehand so that you know how to manage stress. That feel GMAT Club test will provide you. The questions are so difficult and new ( if you don't practice from GMAT club test pool) that it will be enough to give you the feel of real gmat.
