Outstanding!

I worked with Scott for applying to both Wharton and Haas EMBA programs. His thorough approach, approachable attitude, and personalized guidance helped me get into Haas! This would not have been possible without him! Scott was very patient from the beginning to end and advised me every step of the way on EA test prep, recommendation letters, essays and interview.

His guidance were extremely and MJ's interview prep sessions helped me a lot as they gave me the confidence to interview well. I highly recommend Scott and MJ for any and all of the top business school application and interview prep.

Strongly recommend Scott and the PMC team

I met Scott 3 years ago at an MBA fair in Paris. I decided to work with him for my round 2 applications and called him pretty late in the process. I was worried about my low GPA, my age and the price tag. From the initial meeting, Scott gave me non-sugarcoated advice about my candidacy. Working with The Scott’s team was amazing. The team is highly professional. There were a lot of exchanges and I was pushed to think deeply on my career goals and the meaning of every bit of sentences in my application documents. Be prepared to be challenged on that part. Towards the end of the preparation, the team checked how I felt about my work. I was very proud of the quality of my application! The interview prep was great too. I was asked the same questions I was asked during my real interviews (shout out to Nicole and Jacqueline!).
I applied to 2 US schools (CBS and Booth) and 1 European school, got admitted at both the US schools with scholarships and haven’t received the European’s school response yet but I am pretty sure It will be a “yes”.
All in one, this outcome would never have been possible without Scott and his amazing team (I know it for sure since I applied round 1 with another consultant on an hourly basis and looking back, I can confidently say that I messed these applications up).
Calling Scott was the best decision I made next year! Thank you, Scott and the Personal MBA Coach team for this outcome!

100% Recommend Scott & Team

Scott and his team were absolutely fantastic! I could not have gotten through the MBA process without him! I used his services for applying to 5 schools and GMAT tutoring. I got into my top choice program at an M7 and couldn't be happier!

I started the MBA application process pretty late (treated it like a sprint, not a marathon). I started working through applications and the GMAT together starting in June/July for R1 deadlines in September. I reached out to Scott because I knew I was going to be overwhelmed. I was looking for somebody who'd keep me honest, was organized, pragmatic, easily approachable, and knew his stuff. Scott 100% met this.

Throughout the process Scott was a voice of reason. He's great at listening to you and explaining the nuances of the application process. When I was considering pushing some of my applications to R2 Scott helped me strategize so that I maximized my chances in both rounds. The turn around on essay reviews were very quick, the feedback always targeted and actionable. Whenever I started falling behind on timelines (which was often!), I got a gentle reminder to help keep me on track.

The interview prep also really helped. The mock interviewers are former members of admissions committees for top schools and have actual experience with admissions reviews. Nicole from Scott's team did my interview prep and she was fantastic. The feedback is provided real time and takes into consideration the school you're prepping for and what is important for that school.

I could not recommend Scott and his team more! You won't go wrong with Personal MBA coach.

Quick turnaround times and honest feedback

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Working with Scott is a well-oiled machine. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about different schools and has connections at various programs. He also makes himself available to discuss any concerns over the phone on short notice, and is very responsive over email. He delivers very honest feedback about essays and candidacy, and does not sugarcoat. I really appreciated that he sticks to his 2-day turnaround times for essay edits. Sometimes I got to 5 or 6 versions of essays. Throughout the process, Scott was helpful and kind without losing his honesty. Scott made this very stressful process a lot more bearable for me. Thanks, Scott!

Amazing experience

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Working with Personal MBA Coach was an incredible experience. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. With experience in the Middle East and Europe, I was successful in my applications to multiple M7 deferred MBA programs. Personal MBA Coach provided me with structured guidance and tools to prepare for interviews, applications and jobs. The team is always available (7 days/week 24 hours) and very committed to helping you and answering all of your questions. There is a dedicated one Personal MBA Coach consultant that shapes the overall experience when you work with them, yet Personal MBA Coach broader team has former M7 adcom experts when needed. When I had doubts about my abilities, the whole team motivated me and encouraged me so much! Personal MBA Coach brought the best out of me and challenged me to continuously reassess and reflect on myself so that I can convey my true self when applying. With extensive experience and expertise, the team is so professional, genuine, detailed and authentic when providing advice on how to improve. Thank you with all the heart! I highly recommend Personal MBA Coach to anyone thinking of applying to an MBA!!

I got into Oxford!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Great team. Really helpful. Helped me drill down my story and USP's. Really good feedback on essays. Interview practice was great. Every answer was reviewed and feedback given on the spot so I could easily make notes on how to improve.

Payment plans are available which enabled me to use the services. Scott is flexible. Although he is running a business, I got the impression that he cared about providing a service that would get the results I was looking for. He gives honest feedback, if he doesn't think he can help you he will make this clear at the outset and suggest other options rather than just take your money without considering your desired outcomes.

I started working with Scott pretty late (November for January deadlines) in my application cycle and was worried that I may have left it too late but the team was really accommodating and reviewed my applications surprisingly quickly given the holiday season. The service was great and I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

If there was one thing I would suggest by way of improvement it would be to add an adcom specialist from a European School. I think that may set PMC apart from everyone else.

To anyone reading this please don't read this as they don't know how to get you into a European school (I got into Oxford), I just think adding someone who has European experience will add something to the team.

Thanks to Scott and the team at PMC. I am really happy with my results!

Great experience and fantastic outcomes

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Scott is incredibly experienced in MBA admissions, extremely responsive in communications, and attentive to your needs as an applicant. I remember pitching multiple stories for how I was thinking about approaching my applications, and Scott helped me decide on a singular story while we were chatting on the phone. After that, it was off to the races crafting my personal statement.

In addition to the qualitative aspects, Scott was able to drive outstanding results through end-to-end process support. The iterations on my personal statements and admissions essays were timely and actionable, sometimes going so far as scrapping most of a first draft in favor of more concise story-telling. By the end of the process, I felt like I was delivering a narrative that only I could tell, and it came across as very intentional and authentic.

I was able to get into my target program, and Scott played a pivotal role in getting that glorious acceptance phone call!

Great success with the PMC team!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I was referred to Scott by a friend who applied in the 2020 cycle and got admitted to an M7. Right from my first "getting to know you" session, Scott was very direct and honest about my candidacy and MBA prospects, which I really appreciated. I did not have the best scores on paper, but Scott and the team pushed beyond that. The team helped me carve out and perfect my story and resume to show that I was more than just the sum of my numbers. The team helped me identify certain anecdotes from my life and helped me turn them into cases for competency in business school. There is a certain way to craft business school essays, and the PMC team knows exactly what it is and what specific schools are looking for. The whole process was so smooth and well planned that I completed all my applications well before the deadlines.

After countless essay reviews, one on one calls and emails, the team also assisted me with interview prep and gave valuable feedback, ensuring that I was in peak performance.

While I initially had concerns about the price tag, I am ultimately glad I did it. I highly recommend Scott and the Personal MBA Coach team!

Strongly Recommend Scott, MJ and Nicole at PMC

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I had an excellent experience working with Scott, MJ and Nicole. From my initial phone call, Scott was direct, informed and honest. He helped me craft a target list of schools to suit my ability and background. Though he is at every step supportive, he’s unusual in that his feedback is consistently candid. He does not sugarcoat. In a process as nebulous as MBA applications, this was much appreciated. I knew the minimum score I needed to hit on my GMAT and how I needed to position myself for each school.

Once you begin preparing for interviews, you’ll meet MJ and Nicole, who are best-in-class. They bring incredible experience and can walk you through exactly what to expect at every school on your list. Not to mention they’re wonderful people, kind and encouraging.

I was accepted to 3 of my 5 schools, receiving scholarships at two. I came into the process not knowing how to succeed. Thankfully, the entire PMC team made sure I was prepared throughout. They want you to win and will put in the time necessary to make sure you do.

Success as a reapplicant

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

This is Sourya Mukherjee from India. I worked with Scott and his team for my MBA applications this year. I had a great experience and have received offers from the Kellogg MBAi program, and full-time MBA programs at Haas, Ross and Tepper.

It was great working with the team. I felt that their understanding of what different schools are looking for is extremely thorough. We started out by shortlisting the schools that would be best aligned to my goals and experience. We then worked on my goal statement, and CV, before moving on to the recommendations and essays.

The process was very detailed yet we moved fast. We did several iterations on each element till we were satisfied. The platform used to collaborate on these materials was very streamlined. I would always receive feedback within a day. In fact with the time difference, I would put in my drafts late night IST and receive feedback by the time I woke up!

Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Personal MBA coach.
