Best choice!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I worked with Amy during the second round applications, and I’m now MBA 2020 student for London Business School. I was also accepted by INSEAD.

Amy was an outstanding coach, but I would like to highlight three specific aspects, that let Amy be the best choice for everyone searching for an advisor:

1) She is realistic: She always says what she thinks, even if you would dislike it. She will be your rational eyes during stressful situations. This is an invaluable aspect during the admission process

2) She is super organized: Amy has the capacity to be always well organized both in her mind and in her notes. She prioritizes your work in the most efficient way, saving you a lot of time

3) She is great with human interactions: Amy has a deep understanding of the human psyche. You will never feel overwhelmed by her comments or requests for changes. She knows how to speak and deal with stressed people. You will always feel comfortable with her requests

If anyone who is reading has already “joined the battle” for an MBA admission, she/he would perfectly understand, through my comments, why I voted her 5 stars.

I would also like to add that Fortuna Admission has a team of great professionals, it was really a beautiful experience.

So grateful!

Fortuna helped me to achieve my goal to get into my dream school INSEAD. Nicola, Caroline and Matt were incredibly helpful and I would always choose Fortuna again.

The whole procedure was very fast forward and structured and all of them were constantly available for support and questions. They also pushed myself to new limits - things I would not have done without their guidance and support. The great thing was that we started in well advance with all the preparations of the application process, so we had enough time to create a great overall application.

One of their biggest strengths is their huge experience of all the top tier schools and Programmes. You have all the inside knowledge on hand and can rely on a vast amount of expertise.

I am sure that they were a very important pillar of my admission and I am absolutely grateful for that. THANK YOU FORTUNA!

I can only suggest to everyone who seriously considers to apply to the top 20 Programmes to at least sign up for the free consultation of Fortuna: get convinced of their excellence by yourself.

Extremely helpful and thoughtful advice!

Nonie did a terrific job supporting me throughout the entire application process and really took the time to dive into my story.

First and foremost, she was a real pleasure to work with. Her input is thoughtful and honest. She wont hesitate to help you brainstorm if you get stuck and has great experience with the application process. Nonie was also flexible to schedule meetings during times that suited me, which unfortunately was often on Saturday & Sunday evenings.

Moreover, the online platform that Fortuna use is intuitive and helpful to structure your thinking around the application process.

I had a fantastic experience with Nonie and would certainly recommend her, as well as the wider Fortuna Admissions service, on to friends.

I can't even put into words how amazing Melissa was during my whole MBA application process. She guided me through every step and always gave me invaluable advice. Melissa got to know me very well, both from a professional and personal standpoint, so when I started thinking about what to include in the MBA essays she was really able to help me pinpoint the most compelling stories that really showcased my strengths.
Melissa was always very responsive on email and available to help whenever I had a question. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the top MBA programs - especially INSEAD.
I would highly recommend the comprehensive MBA package.

Thank you Catherine!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I really enjoyed my time working with Catherine. She coached me through three round-two applications and I was admitted to two schools – UNC and Emory which included a scholarship for half of my tuition. I’m from an over represented applicant pool with a 700 GMAT and less than a 3.0 GPA from an unknown undergrad. I truly believe Catherine made a huge impact, and I highly recommend her to any potential MBA applicant.

First thing I did was complete a very thorough worksheet that spelled out my background, my career accomplishments, career path, extra-curriculars, recommenders and my general strengths and weaknesses. Then we had a long phone-call so I could explain anything she still had questions about. I really thought this was a tremendous way for us to get to know each other.

In addition to helping me pick my mix of target schools, Catherine gave me tips and tricks to help me network better with students and alumni. I immediately reached out to student’s at all three schools and scheduled visits. Without her direction, I would’ve skipped this crucial step.

Catherine’s help with my essays was by far the most helpful aspect of this whole process. I had struggled round one, unsure which themes to focus on or what aspects of my background I should highlight. Catherine helped me not only select which topics/essays I should write, but also helped me condense them down into the tight word limits. I can’t stress enough how helpful this was. I was losing sleep over the essays I’d done on my own and probably re-wrote them 10-12 times. That totally changed working with Catherine.

She also kept me on target for my deadlines. Everything was reviewed closely by her and Judith in advance of the deadline. None of my applications were fire drills. This made the process considerably less stressful.

Finally, when I signed up with Fortuna, I had already received an interview invitation from Georgetown. Judith was kind enough to offer a complimentary interview prep session even though we hadn’t worked on the school together which gave me a ton of confidence going into the interview.

I can’t recommend Catherine and Judith enough. They really made the MBA application process easy and enjoyable process. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner!

Strongly recommend - thank you, Catherine!

I worked on my applications with Catherine after a consultation with Judith, who helped with the process later as well. I hadn't had a chance to study in the US before and I realized how little I knew about the essays, CV format, and even schools themselves. Instead of targeting just "top schools", I found the ones that were a perfect fit for me. I had a low GMAT score, well below the target schools' average, however, with Catherine's and Judith's experience we were able to highlight my other strengths and I was admitted to all three schools they helped me with. One of the schools even offered a scholarship!
Catherine supported and encouraged me during the application process and interviews and with Judith's involvement I knew exactly what to do every step of the way.
Choosing Fortune Admissions was the right decision for me and their services worth every penny. If you have doubts, just take the free consultation option!

Sharon Joyce from Fortuna

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I got admitted to my dream school, Kellogg at Northwestern University - HUGE THANKS to Sharon Joyce and her team.

I have lower than average GMAT and GPA, and also was in the non-profit industry. Yes, I was on the weaker side of the candidates, and it wouldn't be possible to get an admission from Kellogg without her help.

Sharon was BRILLIANT in positioning strategy and storytelling that are tailored to just myself as a unique MBA candidate.
She helped me with whole application strategy, essay draft, recommenders selection, interview preparation, and follow-up plan.
She also gave me very honest and critical feedback with the point of view admission office as a former Associate Director of Admission at HAAS.
Other things, such as quick turnaround and accessibility were also very helpful, especially when I started application process fairly late.

She also arranged with resume specialist and former Admission Director at Wharton to get a 3rd look at my resume and essays, which added a "perfection" to my whole application.

I was very lucky to find Sharon and really enjoyed working with her.

Go with Catherine!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

An MBA application is a bit of a slog and - coming from a slightly atypical non-MBA feeder background and a profession which entailed regular work weekends / late nights - I was fairly sure that I required the services of a consultant so that I could turn in the best applications possible. I set up calls with almost all of the top admission consultants and ultimately decided to go with Catherine Tuttle from Fortuna Admissions - that was one of my best decisions during the applications process!

An admission consultant is a slightly strange animal, part-adviser, part-mentor and part-friend. At the same time though, the applicant is the story-teller - the value of a consultant lies in identifying the right stories to tell, in shifting the wheat from the chaff! If I had to pick qualities in an ideal admission consultant they would probably be (in no particular order): quality of initial brain-storming (e.g. selection of key character points / stories), patience and flexibility, turn-around time and pertinent yet focused comments on an applicant's essays!

Catherine ticked all of these attributes in spades. I applied to three top business schools and received admission offers to all three of them. I have come to regard Catherine more as a friend than a consultant and remain exceedingly grateful to have had the benefit of her constant support and encouragement during my application process.

If you are looking to engage a consultant, I would whole-heartedly recommend Catherine's services and encourage you to set up a preliminary call with her. Hopefully, she can assist you in your MBA journey in the same way she assisted mine!

Cassandra worked with me on two applications. I was accepted into my top choice. She helped me strategise my unique story by probing me to think about my own journey and accomplishments in a different light. She was instrumental in my interview prep, pushing me to try different techniques for improving interview and presentation skills. I really enjoyed working with her, she's a great balance of realistic yet motivating. Her job isn't to hold your hand but she pushes you to think creatively and deeply. She also has a convenient online booking system for appoints. I would highly recommend her!

Valuable Support for acceptance at HBS, Wharton and MIT Sloan

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I worked with Michel for an intensive 4 month period and got complete support from her in all aspects of the application process. This was my second time applying to B-schools and second time working with a consultant. My experience the first time was not that great and working with Michel and Fortuna really made realize the importance of having a strong and supportive admissions consultant. The area I needed most help with is really bringing out my strengths and crafting my story so that it all tied in to why I was going to do an MBA at this stage of my career. 30 years old and a Senior Director at the company I was in. Some consultants told me I was pass the period of applying to an MBA. Michel provided me with continuous support and guidance to really get my story right and was open to giving continuous feedback on my essays. And "real" "constructive" feedback that was actionable and you can really work from. This is key as you don't want someone just reviewing your grammar. This feedback was extremely valuable and made my life a lot easier when it came to turning comments. She also helped me in navigating all aspects of the application process (prep for interviews, guidance on answering app questions, preparing recommender materials) she has a wealth of experience working with most of the top schools and she doesn't hold back in sharing all this information. Extremely happy with my engagement with her and definitely recommend utilizing her as an advisor for your application process. She knows, gets it and is willing to help on all fronts. Also for those that are really busy she provides pretty practical feedback that will help you approach the process without diving too deep unnecessarily. Really grateful for all the support I received from her and the team at Fortuna. Definitely made a difference in my application process!
