A great Experience

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

After giving my GMAT, I approached Experts' Global for mentoring me through my application and interview process and I say this with conviction that they have been very helpful and patient throughout this stressful period.

They have a very organised and well mapped process. They helped me break down my eventual goal into milestones with fixed deadlines. These deadlines helped me give in necessary time into my application everyday.

The process starts with preliminary assessment of your profile and reasons to pursue an MBA, basis which they help you shortlist B-schools. A major part of the application is Essays and they made sure that my essays reflect a true picture of myself through a well knit story. Their internal questionnaires are drafted in a way that they make you brainstorm at every level and help you come up with creative ideas which eventually are put to use in the Essays.

Moreover, the team was always available and has a very open-communication. They made sure that my Resume and Essays were perfect and hence, never hesitated to go through multiple edits. They did a great job in helping me submit my applications well in time.

EGs team has been a great help in interview preparation as well. They provided me school specific guidance during the time of my interviews. They helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses and prepared me create compelling arguments. The feedback after every mock interview was very honest and like a reality check.

Overall, I am deeply thankful to the entire team of EG for putting in their hard work and effort and helping me realise my potential and making me achieve my goals. It has been a fruitful journey from day 1! Wishing the team luck and success.

Experts Global Interview Prep

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

The interview preparation with Experts’ Global played an important role in converting my interview invites to final admits. A document was shared with me by the team covering the set of questions to be expected in B school interview. I had multiple mock interview session and they helped me with all the points. I was guided well on not only the answers, but also on structure of the answers, etc. My interview mentor was really helpful and sorted all my queries. I felt confident while speaking to the admissions committee on actual interview. 

Out of the 4 interview calls I received I was waitlisted in one and got admits in the two. In fact, I was offered scholarship in both the schools!!!

Thanks Experts’ team for the constant guidance and support!

Experts’ Global consulting

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Experts’ Global has a very systematic process for Admissions Consulting. I enrolled with them for 5 schools help. When the process started, I was asked to fill the 2 detailed questionnaires and then the entire team helped me with everything- including Resume, recommendation letters, schools shortlisting, essay writing, application review, interview preparation etc. The questionnaires filled by me were the basis of the entire application process. My mentor did detail discussion with me on story boarding, school choices etc. The team was very responsive and reachable. They were always quick in answering my queries and providing valuable inputs. Once the applications were submitted, I started receiving interview invites. I was able to get interview calls from 4 schools. The mock interviews sessions with Experts’ team helped me and I felt pretty confident in my actual interviews. The result- 1 waitlist and 2 admits both with scholarships.
Experts’ Team has been extremely helpful in every stage of my application and I got MBA admits from some of the best business schools because of their help. I would like to thank them for their dedicated support.

Great guidance, mentoring, and coaching

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I worked with Experts’ Global for my application to ISB, among a number of other schools, and let me tell you this, they really showed me that there is a lot more to B-school applications, than I realized. One can easily understand how to write a few essays that will present them favorably to an admissions committee but that is not all that the process is about. It is a chance to really understand your career, so far, and where to take it. In fact, this is necessary for a good, strong application.

This is where Experts’ Global really helped me. My mentors worked with me, tirelessly, to help me understand my own profile and determine where and when to apply, for the best shot at the application. In fact, they even helped me understand if pursuing an MBA was the right choice for me or not. This level of discussion is very much out of scope for most consulting firms but Experts’ Global goes not just an extra mile but an extra ten miles.

They have a very keen understanding of the nuances of various MBA programs, all over the world. Of course, since ISB is very popular among Indian MBA aspirants, they are particularly familiar with it. Experts’ Global understood the exact factors that the ISB admission committee would look for and helped me understand how to present my profile to them. They did this by using their thorough understanding of my profile to pick out certain strong themes that could be used to build “a story” to be conveyed, through my essays. The purpose of building this story was to make my essays more personal and to give the committee a stronger feel of who I was, as a candidate.

The “story” was also a big help, in my interviews, which Experts’ Global also provided me with a lot of training on. They have a really well thought out interview prep that involves a lot of mock interviews, all of which were tailored to fit my strengths and weaknesses and the viewpoints of the schools. This was especially true for ISB, as they place a lot of emphasis on the interviews. My mentor determined my strengths and weaknesses and then having me fill out an extensive questionnaire that included the most frequently asked interview questions.

The overall attitude of Experts’ Global is very refreshing, when compared to the rest of the MBA admissions field. I doubt that most other firms would have invested so much time and effort into helping me understand my profile and my way forward.

Thanks to Experts’ Global, I secured admission to ISB, Marshall, Olin, Rotman, Wisconsin Madison, Purdue, and Boston University. I eventually chose to attend Wisconsin, for a variety of reasons, in addition to the full scholarship that they offered me.

Exceptional Interview Preparation Service

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Experts’ Global is the MBA admission consultant that provides the most complete consultancy. Not only do they cover every part of the admissions process, they also go much farther and help their students truly gain a mature, holistic understanding of the decision that they are about to make. In my case, that involved a lot of detailed conversations, over a long period of time, to help me determine if I should pursue an MBA, at all, or if I should focus on my entrepreneurial ventures. My mentors truly showed a lot of patience.

Another area where Experts’ Global has put in a lot of effort is their interview prep. Even before I had started getting interview calls, I had given interview, after interview to get ready for them. These mock interviews were specifically tailored to address my strengths and weaknesses. They even covered handling awkward moments in the interview. Here, the really in-depth profile analysis and career advice that Experts’ Global conducted with me was, once again, very useful. I have to say this here, one of the big reasons I cracked Wisconsin Madison with a scholarship and stipend was an HR exclusive interview I had with them a day before. The inputs worked wonders for me and I knew, as soon as my interview was done, that I have cracked it. I consulted with my Mentor before every interview to understand what focus area or strength the school has and tweak my answers accordingly.

With Experts’ Global training, I was able to give fantastic interviews at Carroll, Foster, Emory (declined before hearing result), Marshall, ISB (admitted with no scholarships), Washington Olin, Rotman (admitted with partial scholarship), Wisconsin Madison, Purdue Krannert, and Boston University (admitted with full scholarship).

Out of these, I eventually settled on Wisconsin Madison.

Fantastic service - great experience

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Well it was one fine day after two years of giving CAT, scoring 97 and 98 percentile respectively, and still not getting any interview calls I realized that it does not seem possible to do an MBA from India.

By that time I had three years of work ex and I was like –now I can target universities outside for MBA (though I really didn’t have an idea why I was doing that). So I started calling all agencies who were in this business and that’s when I met Experts’ Global. Off the bat they were very professional in their approach.

So I spoke with them and they understood my profile, questioned me on why I want to pursue MBA and what options I would like to choose and finally gave me the green light to come aboard. I paid up for both GMAT prep and Application package, however even before I could start I got a ringer from XLRI that I was waitlisted for an MBA in HR. I discussed my case with them and they told me “Fair enough! You have a legitimate case and if you get admit in XLRI we will return the money”. This was the moment, THE MOMENT that I realized that I have made a good decision by choosing Experts’ Global.

Eventually I didn’t make it to XL and started off with GMAT prep and then Applications Process.

For Admissions Consulting, I had various round of discussion with my Mentor and all the discussions matured my understanding and allowed me to deeply introspect and identify the reasons for doing and MBA, what I stand to gain from MBA education and what career course I must choose. I filled my profiling questionnaire (it’s a 32-35 question long questionnaire that will make you deeply introspect your reasons for doing an MBA, draw out leadership stories etc and will serve as a base for your essays) and shared with my Mentor. One good thing about the whole mentoring process was that they never spoon fed me what I should write in my essays to get in a B-School. My profile is aligned well for a general management / operations role however I wanted to transition to HR. They could have easily told me that if I projected my profile a certain way I would easily be able to crack in a B School but they didn’t. Through the questionnaire and discussions they allowed me to realize and understand what my strengths are and how can I justify the choices that I am planning to make for myself. In the end I did create a compelling argument about why I want to do MBA in HR.

My schools were selected keeping in mind my profile, the choice of career option and that I wanted to target scholarship friendly schools. The risk was spread between 3 Dream, 7 Realistic and 2 Safety schools. Next comes the interviews – I ended up giving around 5 mocks with different trainers and received extensive feedback before I even sat down for my first interview.

THE RESULT

ADMITS WITH FULL SCHOLARSHIP – Wisconsin Madison, Purdue Krannert, Boston University

Admits with Partial Scholarship – Washington Olin, Rotman

Admits with No Scholarships –Marshall and ISB

Interviewed but turned the college down because decision was already made – Carroll, Foster, Emory

Rejected – Vanderbilt Owen, Pittsburg Katz

In the end I just want to tell you this – there is a difference between consulting someone to get in a B-School and mentoring someone through the entire process so that they gain that maturity, intellect and understanding. I believe I have established a relationship with Experts’ Global that goes well beyond giving tips of getting in B-School. Anyone can do that. But to grow someone so that they learn to find a path for themselves – that is what Experts Global is all about.

The best support i could have!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I had taken up EG's GMAT prep course in late 2017. They have a pretty good structured way of teaching things. The online mocks and prep material proved really handy. But it so happened I had exhausted 3 attempts and still was sitting with a 660 in hand. I had given up hope and decided to go ahead with applications. During the school shortlisting, Akanksha made it clear of my chances at certain schools and motivated me to have one final attempt. I took a leave of 1 month from my job and focused on it. Bingo there was 710 on my screen! That moment I realized the importance of support system and motivation. Fast tracking my applications for round 1 entries , EG team was superb in finishing documents well before deadlines. I had taken up 11 schools , ISB was my first choice and it was a stretch school per se for me. It was a dream come true and I was extremely happy when I got the ISB admit mail. I also got Interview invites from 6 other schools, but I didn't pursue them due to other commitments.
EG's team has been instrumental in my GMAT prep and also supported me like a rock all through the application process. The best part is their tailored and structured approach to everything, which makes life easy for a 9 to 5 person like me.
Overall I would say joining EG has proved to be one of my best decision till now and the 1 year association has been a fruitful journey! Will stay in touch with them and definitely recommend them as they are genuinely good people with good intentions who care for the student's future and not plain money making

A great experience overall..!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Having crossed the 700+ barrier in GMAT and running short of time, I decided to check with some of my friends who had already gone through the admission process and are now pass outs from some of the elite B schools. Looking at my current situation and based on his personal experience with the Experts Global team, a friend of mine who is an ISB alum suggested me to stop wasting any more time and approaching the Experts Global team.

I decided to go by his suggestion and this turned out to be single best decision taken after having taken the GMAT exam. I soon approached them and my process was started immediately. I got the name of the mentors, detailed timeline and a detailed questionnaire to fill up which came super handy in all my upcoming college applications.

I had regular sessions with my mentor and I found the advise given by my mentor very useful specially on tackling questions such as 'Why MBA?' and 'What after MBA?'. Since I was targeting the Indian B Schools only, my deadlines were all soon approaching. Experts Global not only helped me thoroughly with my essays, they did so well before the deadlines, giving me enough time to complete the college applications.

After having met with disappointment during my first college interview, I immediately connected with my mentor Aakanksha and asked her if I was approaching the interview in the right way and if I should portray my profile differently. She reaffirmed me to stick to the original plan which really worked for me in my next interviews.

I would also like to acknowledge the support of Ms Aanchal Sharma throughout my interview process. She kept me giving some serious feedback and ways of improving, which helped me immensely during the interview. She did not shy away from sending me back to prepare thoroughly during our first interaction which made me take up interview preparation seriously. She kept following up with me and taking repeat mock interviews until I was upto the mark.

Overall I am deeply thankful to them as their professional guidance helped me crack one of my dream college in India- IIM Calcutta. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone :)

Excellent admissions consultation experience!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I am very pleased with the results of my association with Experts’ Global. I took up their MBA admission consulting services for eleven schools. Out of these I received admits (with scholarships) to three, Katz, Smith, and William & Mary.

Experts’ Global walked me through the entire admissions process, very effectively. I found their approach to be methodical and well-organized, it was also very informative. They provided me with a lot of video lectures that covered every part of MBA admissions, how to shortlist schools, how to analyze my profile, essay writing etc. These videos covered everything excellently, I learned a lot from these videos and I feel that I was able to make better choices, as a result.

I also learned a lot from how hands on my admission team was. They conducted the whole process, as a series of ‘milestones’ that we worked together on. They were always ready to answer my questions or deal with any additional requests I had, promptly and without issue. I only had to share all my information once, since the team members always made sure that everyone was up to speed.

Most of all, I was impressed with the excellent essays they wrote for me. They worked with me to understand my professional past, present, and what I hoped for the future and then used that to “tell my story”. Their essays really painted a good picture of me as a professional and potential MBA student. I think that is what made me stand out to the admission committee.

I also found Experts’ Global’s interview prep to be a lot of help. It familiarized me with the process and taught me exactly how to conduct myself and answer questions, to make the best impression.

I am very happy with how Experts’ Global handled my admissions process. They delivered on their promised results and were pleasant to work with.

ISB Admissions

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I availed of Experts’ Global’s MBA admission consulting, for a number of schools. They did an excellent job with my applications to all of the schools; however, I would say that it was my ISB application that they did their strongest work on. Since many MBA aspirants come to Experts’ Global, for help applying to ISB, they have made it a point to develop a strong understanding of its admissions process and requirements. In fact, they have separate consulting service, specifically, for ISB. I found that Experts’ Global’s understanding of ISB was unparalleled. They knew exactly what the ISB timeline would look like and what the application requirements, including the exact essay questions, would be. They also knew exactly what type of content and presentation would work best on the ISB essays. ISB only asks for two, relatively short essays, so it can be difficult to incorporate the strongest content from one’s profile, while adhering to the parameters of the essay questions. My writing team helped me identify the themes that could unite my professional history, my reasons for pursuing an MBA, and my future plans, to form a “story” that would show the committee who I was, as a person and candidate. This type of narrative is important, if you want your essays and application to stand out from the crowd. My team was even able to give me some great advice on what type of student activities would be best for me to pursue, at ISB. As I mentioned earlier, my admission team understood the ISB application process and timeline, very well. As such, they had a very well-defined approach to managing them. They broke the entire application process into a series of, as they called them, “milestones”. Some milestones were to be achieved by me and others by my team. Essentially, they broke what seemed like a very complicated process, into its constituent parts. Since the process had me take everything one step at a time, I did not get overwhelmed and had a clear sense of my progress. My team had excellent communication skills. Whenever I contacted them with a query or a request, they replied to me, very promptly. They also made sure to keep me in the loop, on the progress of my applications. The quality of the applications that Experts’ Global helped me prepare was excellent and I handily received an interview call from ISB. Of course, the interview is still a challenge, especially at ISB, which interviews five applicants for every seat. Thankfully Experts’ Global also has a stellar interview prep, which ensured that I was able to ace the interview and secure admission to ISB.
