I took the GMAT before and did poorly in both sections. I knew that other materials wouldn't help me the second time around. So I tried e-GMAT and it single-handedly and significantly boosted my score!

I actually studied for sentence correction over the span of 3 days and it drastically changed how I approached the problems. I highly recommend e-gmat for non-native speakers.

For those who needs a quick-fix, I recommend focusing on sentence correction with e-gmat. What's most helpful are the answers to official guide questions where you can quickly refer back and double check how to correctly derives an answer.

Frankly till 12th jan 201, I did not utilize the course properly and was just going through files of SC,CR and RC intermittently. From 13th jan 2017, I started seriously preparing for GMAT as I had decided to give GMAT a final shot ( Now or never). In ten days I went through all the files of SC,CR ,and RC and then I read all the articles of e-gmat on Gmat club. All the concept i revised in my mind several times.

After this, I got opportunity to attend Verbal workshop on 24th Jan.In the workshop, I performed poorly. In the analysis of the workshop, as told by e-gmat, I noted down the reasons for my falter ( they were five in number) and then made a plan to overcome from all those reasons.I devoted one day for each reason and then gave Gmatclub verbal test, Kaplan online test ( 3 tests) and manhattan online test ( free test) . My scored improved considerably as I scored V 38 Gmatclub verbal test, below 81,83and 95 percentile in Kaplan online test and V44 in Manhattan free online test ( This I gave second time. First time I gave this test in March2013). As less than a day left for my test, I went through AWA and some quants question, but did not prepare for IR.

During my 20 days preparation, I realized how good the verbal online course is. Special mention for SC, because I think this is the best course which anybody can take and become comfortable with nuances of SC- sentence structure, meaning and spotting the errors.SC is structured in very easy to understand mode . Moreover, the articles written for SC is superb. In CR, Structure and pre-thinking steps gives a solid understanding of the argument. In RC, solution technique for Inference question was best. But the best part is verbal workshop. I recommend everyone to attend it,because it gives you the points where you have to focus (even you have studied full and getting a good score in mocks).

Finally, Thanks to e-gmat. I recommend Verbal online course to anyone who have problem in verbal, especially in SC and CR and who wants to give the test in very short duration.

I have always been dreadful of numbers. When I first sat for my GMAT, I scored a shameful 39% in the quant section. I thought I would never be able to make it to anything better, ever!

Then, eGMAT came to me as a savior. The tricks I learnt from its Quant Scholaranium assisted me in solving the maths problems in a jiffy. The time taken to solve a specific math problem was trickled down from a sky-high 6 minutes to a meager 2 minutes.

Post a gruesome practice of the maths sections, I again took my GMAT exam. This time, my quant score lied in the 71%.

Being a non-native English speaker, I have always been dreadful of the verbal section of GMAT. Critical reasoning was never my forte and all the options of the sentence correction questions seemed incorrect to me!

Thanks to the verbal live classes and the verbal scholaranium of eGMAT, I could grab the complete thoughts behind each of the set problems. I learnt how to think logically with critical reasoning, eliminate strategically in the sentence correction problems, and go step-by-step while reading the comprehensions.

It wasn't easy, but it was never meant to be. Post a 2-month long journey, I experienced a 50-mark raise.

As a non-native, I was getting stuck with my verbal score all the time and failing to reach my target GMAT score. That is when I came across the e-GMAT Verbal Online course, a course specifically designed for the non-natives. The USP of the course is that - it is designed by non-natives for non-natives and hence understands the requirements and challenges of non-natives better than any other course. The course is beautifully structured and presented. I would also like to thank the instructers, especially Payal, for their relentless support. With e-GMAT by my side, I was able to increase my verbal score from V28 to V38 and score a 710 in my GMAT.

e-GMAT, the best online course out there for GMAT!!

I started my prep by Manhattan series books. For a month, I had no clue what am I supposed to do with all this information. It was so frustrating that even after spending hours reading the book, i was not able to solve the questions properly. I mean, even if I could solve some of the questions, I wasn't confident enough.
Finally one fine day, I heard about e-GMAT from one of my colleague. After browsing through the site, I thought of attending one of the free webinar. It was so amazing, so interactive and the best part, none of the questions from the students were unanswered. I immediately enrolled and started my prep once again.
The most important thing that you get when you start the course is confidence. The courses are very structured. The 3 step approach is the main thing. If you make it a point to solve all the questions using this mantra, you can solve any question. I think this is the only course that actually offers a formula to solve RC questions.
Although I didn't score really good but that was majorly because of my quant score. I only studied for quant for a week and that too I didn't practice that well. But I had a 10 point improvement in Verbal. Overall, I think anyone who wants to write GMAT and is not really good at reading and comprehending, they should definitely try this course.

Better for no-native and new learners

I heard about the course from one of my friends, and then tried its trial parts. E-gmat course offers something better for for the new learners. This course will help you build a comparatively strong base as every lesson it provides starts with a test and then share lesson with example, and at the end of the lesson every lesson again offers a test. Such a strategy is better for learning, but this course doesn't offer special anything for advance learners. Its questions are predictable, specially in CR and RC sections. Again, i recommend it for new learners who lack skills only in the sentence correction part. My ignorance might influence my opinion, so please try its trial version and then decide.

Excellent resource for non-natives

E-GMAT provides an excellent material to help students improve their GMAT score and I encourage students, especially non-natives to enroll in this course. Each of the parts in which the verbal course is divided (SC, CR and RC) consists on videos with detailed explanations of the main concepts followed by practical questions that help you to apply these fundamentals. The live sessions are a very useful resource to solidify these concepts.

The SC part is with no doubt the most complete resource I have found in the market. It helped me to understand the importance of the meaning set by the original sentence. This course not only shows you that an option is ambiguous but also explains you WHY (something that other resources in the market don´t do well). Being a non-native, not understanding this subtle concept was keeping me from reaching a top level on this section. In summary, this course goes beyond the typical "tricks" that are good for 600 level questions and makes you pay special attention to meaning.

The CR section is also great. It really helped me to understand the concept of assumption, something I was struggling with. It also helped me understand well cause & effect arguments. The collection of practice questions is really interesting.

As far as RC section, I was feeling very comfortable before taking the course and I did not review it with too much detail.

To sum up, this course is a MUST for non-natives that are struggling with certain aspects of verbal section. The online format is very dynamic and interactive and the content has a good balance of theory and practice. Also, the course explains clearly the key concepts needed to ace the GMAT.

Great resource to improve your Quant

This course is a very well organized and complete resource to improve your GMAT quant.

The course is divided in the following sections: 1) Number Properties, 2) Algebra, 3) Geometry, 4) Word Problems and 5) Advance topic.

As the Verb Course provided by E-GMAT, the Quant course consists on video lessons followed by practical quizzes. The first quiz on each section consists typically on low level questions that help you understand the basics. On the second quiz, the difficulty level of the questions increases progressively. One thing I like about it is that each question has a timer so you can see how long is taking you to solve different types of questions based on the difficulty level. The course provides step by step solutions of these practical questions as well as of the OG questions that are recommended at the end of each section. All the explanations are very clear.

Another important resource is the Scholaranium. It helps you polish your time management skills and it creates a personal databank that helps you identify your weaknesses.

In summary, I consider this course as an excellent resource: very good format (theory-practice-live sessions-Scholaranium), very detailed step by step concept and solutions and a very good structure of contents.

What I like about e-GMAT course.
1. It builds upon your current knowledge - There are preassessment tests. You'll know, which topics you're weak.
2. Scholorium - It has amazing charts that can pinpoint exactly what your strengths and what your weaknesses are.
3. Emphasis on meaning and pre-thinking - This has helped me big time in improving my Verbal score.
4.IR section - Though I did not spend a lot of time on this section, a couple of videos were enough to get me 6/8

What can be improved?
No personal guide or tutor. Though they have excellent videos prepared, I felt it was not enough. I always needed help with building a schedule, but they do not get involved with that.
