645 is not going to look good with 3.02.
How did you arrive at 3.02 by the way? Is that a converted score or did you go to a US/EU School? (you don't need to convert the GPA if it is not from a US or a 4.0 system)

Besides the call-out by bb on GMAT and GPA, do revisit your school selection. Haas, Ross barely send ~15% into Finance (am including IB herein). Since you are aiming for R2, you have time to improve your GMAT to 705+ (which may sound high, but that's how you could offset the weak GPA). Also consider pursuing HBS Core (it's expensive) and MBA Math.

Given your GPA of 3.02, retaking the GMAT to achieve a higher score is crucial. A stronger GMAT score can help offset your GPA and demonstrate your academic potential. Good luck

Hey BigFoo,

Vashi here from LilacBuds.

You need to rework on GMAT to convert your target schools. GPA is low & a 695+ score will help you offset that.
You have good work ex, so just make sure that your application essays reflect your strong professional experience. ISB can be tried at this score ( there is a reasonable shot for R1)

We at LilacBuds would love to assist you by connecting you to alums/ mentors of top B-schools and would therefore request more details about your profile. You can connect with our team for a detailed profile analysis at https://lilacbuds.com/services/mba-cour ... mpaign=GCV or leave a message on +91-84483 35484 for a direct reachout.
You can also share your CV on vashi.gupta@lilacbuds.com .

Hoping to hear from you.

Hi BigFoo
I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, like everyone has already mentioned, a 645 FE will not go hand in hand with your GPA. Atleast a 695 or above would be needed to compensate. Having 6+ years of experience is a strong aspect for your application. Consider highlighting major achievements during work, talk about statistics! Your Post MBA goals slightly look a bit generic, consider speaking about it in more detail. Talk about what specific skills are you looking at from an MBA and how those skills align with helping you achieve your goals. I can see that you are applying to a few schools in R1 and others in R2, this looks like a good strategy. Build a strong narrative and you might get in.
