GMAT Club Review PoliciesThis is the extensive list of GMAT Club Review Polices that are to be documented and updated from time to time.
This post is intended to work in conjunction with this topic about verification:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-club-re ... 05381.html- Only one review per company can be submitted by one customer
- GMAT Club does not delete or remove reviews with one notable exception - when the reviews are used as extortion (you can find more about the topic of black mail here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-club-re ... 98289.html). Violators who attempt to use GMAT Club reviews for nefarious purposes will be banned.
- GMAT Club cannot and will not submit reviews on behalf of reviewers. You cannot send us the text of the review - it needs to be submitted by the reviewer
- Test center scores can only be verified using a Score Report link (logging into your mba.com account will not verify a test center score). This is the preferred verification method.
- GMAT Online scores can only be verified logging into your mba.com account (sorry this is score reporting system limitation). If you took an online version of the test, it does not come with an online score report link and thus you must login to your mba.com account to verify your unique test-taker identity.
- GMAT Club can only accept self-verification process for GMAT scores. We do not save or capture your username or password in the process but we recommend that you change your password after verification to avoid any questions down the road. Verification takes only 30 seconds.
- The following review categories must be verified via a GMAT Score report: GMAT Course reviews
- The following review categories must be verified via a GMAT Score report, GRE score report, or a School Email Address: Admissions Consulting
- The following review categories must be verified via a GMAT Score report: GMAT Courses
Any questions, please let me know. I will be updating this list as new policies are adopted.
Thank you,
BB, Founder of GMAT Club.
